Green vegetables are not necessary for building muscle. They're necessary for things like colon health in the long run, but professional bodybuilders are only concerned with the things that can help improve their gains NOW, and green vegetables isn't one of those things.
Never understood why bodybuilders never eat vegetables. I understand you have to eat so much volume worth of food but to not at least acknowledge that vegetables are healthy for your body how your body and skin looks, how your body reacts to stress. It's very stupid to not acknowledge the health benefits. I understand that you eat so much food you probably can't fit it in but they are very good for you.

In the long run he's gonna get so much shit from his doctor he's gonna regret not eating a little bit of geen when he had the chance. I see this very often with old people who had bad eating habits, even if the thing they ate were high quality. It's a matter of balance.
