modern youtube / instagram /tiktok influencers have set unrealistic standards for everybody "normal looking guy" so you dont gotta ever compare yourself to someone like sam or cbum because they're like 10 years older than you and taking steroids + training for several years. just train normally and dont ever take PEDs since you know what risks it can bring. always stay natty for your own and your familys and friends sake.
i’m convinced comments like these are made by 40 year old english teachers no kid says “growing up in this time has been confusing for me and other kids my age”
buddy, you're pretty much 14, not 8 years old. You should be mature enough to understand that you shouldn't just blindly listen or wanna be like people because their social media or lifestyle looks cool or whatever. Wait till your 21, by then you will have been lifting for a long time and will be jacked and you wont even want steroids anymore, because most of the people who were on steroids now will likely be dead or off steroids and out of shape.
also, you just started. Give it time bro you are young your body isnt gonna get as jacked as a 30 year old just because you want it to, it will take years but take it from me as a buff 17 almost 18 year old who started lifting 2 years ago at 15 almost 16, you will be leaps and bounds bigger and in better shape than EVERY SINGLE one of your friends or peers by 18 and from the on you will be in better shape than 99% of the population. Steroids will be useless when you look so much better than everyone already.

Remain natural train hard monitor what you eat…everything in moderation and suited to the type of physique you hope to achieve. 💪🏾💪🏾✌🏾
Great Video Jesse. I will tell you a little story of myself. I am 24 years old, I have been training in the gym for 6 years. I started because I was very skinny. 189 cm tall and 70 kg heavy. I didn't see any result for 3 years. It did work, but it was very, very slow. Then I became interested in steroids. I started reading and realized how many negative effects they have on our body, precisely because I had living examples around me. I decided to start educating myself a lot in terms of anatomy and physiology, biochemistry and set myself the goal of achieving a natural physique that is achieved with steroids. Today I am 193 cm tall and weigh 106 kg. Like many people even younger than me, I get asked if I take steroids and that makes me happy, it motivates me to keep training and push my body to the limit purely naturally. People smaller than me in the gym tell me very often (This is the physique I want to achieve). The lesson here is educate yourself. Don't take the short cut (steroids) because the price is very high. Set a goal and push, nothing is impossible
As a female who works out, I don’t do it for a bigger ass or whatever standards today’s society pushes on both women and men. I do it to feel better about my body and stay healthy. When it comes down to it plainly, whether it be power lifting or whatnot, fitness should be to better an individual. Outside and peer pressure should not come into the equation whatsoever. Work out to stay healthy, not to achieve highly over the top aesthetics. People like Sam Sulek worry me because the amount of steroids he’s taking he’d be lucky if he makes it past his 30’s. Thanks for the video Jesse, your content is always golden.
well maybe when eventually sam will pay the price for his usage, kids will have a wake up call. I dont wish it upon him or anyone else, but hes exploiting it as well, otherwise he would be more open with it and share the negatives as well like more plates more dates for example.
Man! it is such a great feeling watching sam everywhere and everyone wanting to talk/meet him, even the big fitness youtubers/influencers. Sam is such a humble guy, he is indeed gonna take reins after Cbum for popularizing the bodybuilding scene.

Dude i have seen some 17 year olds at my gym super big and shredded at such a young age
My cousin thinks 3 of them take some kinda steroids one of em admitted and they all know eachother
Idk give me your opinion cause idk
Tell em they are gonna shut down their genitals and they won't be able to get it up naturally. Scares them off.
ive been waiting for this one
Hello sir have a great day

Liver King been real quiet lately
Greg is a real one for talking about something nobody on the internet will be willing to talk about.
this is one of the most discussed topics in the fitness community.
What??
The issue is they want to be influencers the second they start lifting. I see so many teenagers at my gym who film their whole workouts and spend more time setting up shots/reviewing film rather than just focusing on getting a great lift. Get big THEN become an influencer. Learn the ropes of bodybuilding and what works best for you, it will give you much better progress in the long run and then you can share your knowledge to others. Nothing in life is instantly given, you’ve got to put in the work
I've seen you in so many videos, I'm surprised that I'm not subscribed until now. Thank you for this video. I hope that young people considering taking PEDs see this and make the decision to stay life natty. Be kind : what a great message
watching since you had 600k subs and man hats off to you for spreading such positive and lovely messages in this world!
That’s why I follow you brotha, all these guys sound real nice saying you shouldn’t do this and that even though they are all on gear. But you practice what you preach Jesse, stay natty forever bro don’t ever let the fitness industry get to you. Stay relentless 💪🏼
I absolutely love the honesty with which Jesse makes this video. Hope it stays like this in future.
Damn sam sulek got 3 cops guarding him and manager grey suit and one holding huge 3 meals for him 😂😂😂😂 i don't understand what is going on but sam seems important to a lot of people and they are preparing him for something huge
He just hit jack pot on being famous so companies jumping on him to sell products and stuff
Hes a golden goose currently
@@Lewdacris916agreed. lol they’re actually paying to take a picture with him 😂 wtf
It's baffling, honestly.
@@sadhu7191hes a corporate baby from the start. Do you think all these 'influencers' are random? Lol. They all went to a school in california thats heavily gated. Use to be a video on youtube before rhe big corporate takeover. Danny duncan, Cleetus, Roman, Syndicate, Nanners, all of them...

Your videos got me into weight lifting Jesse thanks man👍
I appreciate u bro!!
Doesn't bring up steroids in front of the police with Sam...Jessie is a real one.
Great video man thanks for bringing this topic up. I feel like a lot of young men needs to hear this from “professionals”
thanks for watching man!
Nothing wrong with roids if they are quality. Here in Germany after 45 years the doctor prescribe you trt. Medical quality roids. My father is on trt. My uncle is on trt. And they look young and strong
Noel is such a kind soul!
Yes he is!
YES HE IS!!!!!!!
i like how he throws shade at patty lmao "aaaand the ones that 'claim' natural"
woooooohhhh im so glad to hear greg talking normally, once he said he talks normally when not making videos which of course i know, but with this interaction it made me seem him more normal instead of the usual character, hopefully we see more of that in the future
he talks normally quite a bit in his videos, it just depends on the topic
Noticed that too
This is an interesting video, very informative and educational. A lot of the things that i learned in the video, my health classes never would have taught me. Thanks for sharing!!!
Thank u!
bro this game out 3 minutes ago
Blud didn’t even start the video☠️
You’re a bot
Everything in this video is common knowledge that everyone already knows
Daddy Noel is the goat. Such a beautiful human being.
I think so much of Fitness industry is dishonest about how "honest steroid use" does nothing more than normalize steroid use. They think just because they add the disclaimer "I do this, but you should not" that the pressure and normaization of steroids/PED is swept under the rug.
it's sort of a dilemma. I still think honesty is always the best policy though.
its like with gambling promoters. DONT GAMBLE ITS BAD! But still watch me blast through this million dollars quick!
@@psysports9666 whats even worse is those online gamblers arent even using their money. Then they get the lost money of the people who use their refferals. Worst humans on the planet.

Leaving commemt because i think this video is really important, this video is a huge step forward in making gym industry more healthy🙏. Keep going Jessy your channel is amazing and just kind
WOW! 😳 I'm truly thankful and grateful for this video. It's VERY eye-opening and sobering about so many aspects of the current fitness industry. Thank you😳
That security around Sam Sulek is crazyyy
is it necessary though?
@@soluciones11s.a.s81obviously lmao anyone with a functioning brain knows that all the muscles in the world won't stop someone with a weapon
Yea but in that case every influencer on that event should have one. I just did not know that Sam was so high profile compared to Noel (for example)@@anomaly3215
Why would someone want to harm him at a fitness expo though
@@chancefluke7833 that’s my point. Like, maybe fans nowadays are different haha
Never compare yourself to another person. You vs You
That hug and moment between Noel and Hesse was so beautiful 🥹
8:43 this guy to the right is he carrying sams meals around or what?!😂😂
Yup
humble btw
My ex was on trenbolone and I have never been so afraid of a man in my entire life. He also got ED and fully lost his libido. Him becoming addicted to PEDs was one of the main reasons why I broke up with him. I was starting to fear for my life.
Amazing too see yo at there!!! Thanks for the motivation Jesse
stay relentless!!
0:20 bro it hasn't been even a min and he already capping😂
Love your videos bro, watching from South Africa 🇿🇦
I appreciate u!
That’s where Noel is from!

Best video so far bro. This was genuinely inspiring
this is great. jesse my borther form another mother, now i respect ya even more. glad to see onve again how you do your best to get people to stay safe and healty. i love that.
I've always wanted to see a legit show/study like the Biggest Loser, but about gains. Showing basically how much of a change and improvement you could make with the right knowledge of your diet. Just like a 6 month thing where your Macros are tracked and met every day and with a custom workout plan for you just to show actual results. I think something like that would be a hit and show people you can actually achieve amazing results done right with the right knowledge and determination.
I would love that.
It would finally lay the Hollywood spiel of "6 months of training + chicken and brokkoli" to rest.
Jesse, the production value of your constant and your editing skills from your editor is TV show level. Content keeps getting better! Keep it up man!
What surprised me most in this video was seeing Greg talking like a human being
9:58 "i think he needs to be himself, he doesn't need to do steroids"
me: **what's wrong with her voice"
also me: realizes she's on steroids
Lol my thoughts exactly
I think it’s funny that Jesse thinks everyone believes his little act of “gee, what are these steroids everyone’s talking about? I know nothing about them!” Sure buddy, sure. You can’t convince me that every single fitness influencer, or at least 99% of them, have used or are using. Same shit as the Paul brothers claiming natty. Lies. But this is content for 13yo boys so it is what it is.
missing the point
lol, thought the same
Huge respect for making this video Jesse, the message in this video is really important. I think a lot of people are searching for fulfilment and desire external recognition, but not enough people are actually educated on negatives vs the benefits. So great job.
why does he always says "stay rentless" like i dont pay rent
Jesse awesome video. Thanks for motivating us all. Great to see you talk the Greg about these topics. Stay relentless brother!
Yo, just finished watching this vid and gotta say, it's eye-opening AF! 💪 The industry's blowing up, but so are the risks. Props to Jesse for keeping it real and shedding light on this stuff. 🙌
Stay natural, stay safe, y'all! #RealTalk #StayRelentless 🚀✌
10:26 did not age well 💀
lol
why?
i love how sam sulek seems like an ordinary guy yet the respect and how people change their tone and become humble when talking to him is crazy.
money talks. If he would be a nobody with 1000 followers on insta, not one person would even look his way
It has nothing to do with who he is as a person and everything to do with how famous he is.
jesse this video is phenomenal. got chills at the ending. u killed this.
Thanks so much bro!
0:51 I laughed way too hard, Dr Mike is absolutely crazy for that lmaoo
I’m really happy you got Coach Gregg in one of your videos again.❤️
yessir!
7:55 these guys have the best gym fits by far
I love the fact that people are honest and the only problem with these is that the government makes them illegal, and the harm is done all by the illegal substances. Make them legal and give people a way to take them and to know what they are taking and you will see safer use
Such a well put video . Great work Jesse.
Thank u bro!
@JesseJamesWest you didn't ask Sam about his PED usage
Dr. Mike making friends with literally everybody 😂
Greg is brave to be open about his past . ❤❤ respect
Jesse should've asked Sam his opinion on gear lol
Pretty sure he was scared to bring up steroids or even say the sentence to Sam
@@Bigbiceps301Sam Sulek and Fouad would run away and upset all the attending fans again in that case
He's too scared to ask the question, but will make a video thumbnail of Sulek with the word "exposed "
It's normal, there were a lot of people around them watching them, including the bodyguards, and the fact that Sam is quite intimidating in spite of everything
@@AD-sg9tr not at all. Its just that Fouad probably doesnt allow that question to be asked and they asked jesse before filming. No way Foaud will let his golden goose get put in a bad light.
This guy is best when it comes to making epic collabs within the fitness industry !
I appreciate u!
I love the positive energy you bring to your videos. The first one I saw was the one with the 30 days of running with the marathon at the end
I WAS JUST WATCHING THIS VIDEO AND I RANDOMLY SAW MY SELF AT 2:04 THINK YOU JESSE FOR PUTTING ME IN THE VIDEO
I'm 13, very soon to turn 14, and growing up in this time has been confusing for me and other kids my age, I started lifting weights on my 13th birthday and I'm very proud of how far I've come but the fitness industry is pushing the use of steroids on everyone, especially for children like me, who's brains are still developing.
modern youtube / instagram /tiktok influencers have set unrealistic standards for everybody "normal looking guy" so you dont gotta ever compare yourself to someone like sam or cbum because they're like 10 years older than you and taking steroids + training for several years. just train normally and dont ever take PEDs since you know what risks it can bring. always stay natty for your own and your familys and friends sake.
i’m convinced comments like these are made by 40 year old english teachers no kid says
“growing up in this time has been confusing for me and other kids my age”
buddy, you're pretty much 14, not 8 years old.
Steroids will be useless when you look so much better than everyone already.
take steroids and get big kid

dude on 8:22 beside jesse on right, holding all the macros for sam sulek, lol.
I love what the last guy said. If you’re not getting on stage collecting a check from it…roids aren’t necessary. Honestly there’s to many health related risk that come with the use of steroids.

I agree with noel being one of the best influencers, he really is like a dad you never had, taught me how to shave with his videos lol
12:16 great message brother
W woman
Is steroid considered healthy?
You're turning yourself into a man to feel better about your body? Okaaay.
well maybe when eventually sam will pay the price for his usage, kids will have a wake up call. I dont wish it upon him or anyone else, but hes exploiting it as well, otherwise he would be more open with it and share the negatives as well like more plates more dates for example.
@@Han-nk3io it shortens your life span how can such a thing be considered healthy

Man! it is such a great feeling watching sam everywhere and everyone wanting to talk/meet him, even the big fitness youtubers/influencers. Sam is such a humble guy, he is indeed gonna take reins after Cbum for popularizing the bodybuilding scene.
Not really. But hes better than most other fake natty and manipulative influencers outthere. He could be more open about the reality tho, you cant get as big as him without PEDs but he refuses to talk about it, its weird.
