      Just subbed today i am coming back from 28 surgeries in 8 years i had just 3 of those this year on my hip left side got infected 3 times one came loose now i am facing number 30 now on the same hip cup not holding right hurts like you know what but i still get up and build my Muscle and Strength.

      I mean Ronnie coleman of 2003 was eating the same amount of protein and he carried 3 times more muscle than this dude.. this is totally crazy

      Blur man Cris Bumstead was at 180-200 gr protein diet on his last Olympia prep. Do you really think that this guy needs more than double of that to make gains? As i told you Phil, Jay, Coleman ate around the same amount of protein and they carried 3 times more muscle. Most of the extra calories he eats are just becoming waste!

    Steve seems like a great guy. I was surprised by the juice and how he puts together his diet in a fairly healthy/clean way for BB standards. Eating 5K calories clean without any cheats is not as easy as it looks - kudos!

    What's interesting is that he's had a considerably lighter calorie load than other athletes, but he's hit some good macros. I like his planning. I'm intrigued as to how he and other athletes can get away with a pre-workout meal though, given that we're supposed to leave a gap of an hour or two.
    Also, is Steve left-handed or right-handed?

    I honestly envy these people. True professionists in their job, they spend their entire day in eating and training. Normal people can't reach these results for many reasons. First of all: the price you have to pay every week when you go out of the supermarket. A 5000 calories diet could cost approximately 250$ a week, it depends where you live, but the majority of people couldn't spend 1000$ a month for eating. Then all of this takes you most of the time you have in a day, if you work 8hrs/day you simply can't cook, eat and wash all that stuff. Maximum respect for him, it's his job.

    Im a 120kg man who tried to workout(still working out) and i remember my first 30mins inside a gym stretching out lift a couple of weights and almost faint bc im exhausted asf and in my mind i was like this shit sucks little did i know that eating is the hardest part and not the workout itself lmao..

      Depends if he uses gear or not, if he does use anabolic steroids then the excessive protein will be utilized by the body because of the increased protein synthesis... if he is natty its kind of overkill but not bad for the body at all.

      @@muscleandstrength not sure which study you mean but i'm a third year student to become a dietician and we never allow anyone to have over 1,4 g of protein per gram of bodyweight. This man is probably taking 4-5x this amount. This 100% will lead to health issues later on

      @@mnm2343 definitly! Also remember that the body is only able to take in about 30-35g of protein per 2 hours (on average). So most if the protein he's eating is litterly just going to his kidney's and so there will be a lot of toxic products released. I hope no young guys use this as an example ...

      @@Lyriquebeats No clue where you got your info but the intake of protein for a "normal person" is between 0.8-1.2g. Bodybuilders, weight trainers, ... need ALOT more to get enough amino-acids in to recover their muscles.
      You are 100% right if you talk about average people. but thats not the case here.
      2-2.5x bodyweight can be just fine (which he is taking because 150g of chicken + 1/4 avocado isn't 80g of protein, but my math can be wrong :D)
