      @HomeCookingwithSomjit  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi DontStartwMe, thank you for trying this recipe 😀 I hope you and your husband will enjoy it. I would suggest to omit the goji berries as raisins tend to be quite strong in taste and fragrance, which may overpower the other ingredients. Hope it helps 😀

      Hi Sarah L, thank you for the comment 😀 I would suggest to use spring onions if available, or to omit the parsley. Personally, I find that cilantro may not go too well with the dish. Hope you will enjoy this recipe 😀

      Celtuce, bamboo, peppers, celery, other?

    Tofu skin and black fungus need longer time to cook

    • @HomeCookingwithSomjit
      @HomeCookingwithSomjit  4 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Hi K, thank you for the comment 😄 I like my tofu skin and black fungus to be chewy and not too soft; with a longer cooking time, they will both be softer and tender to eat. 😄

    Vegetarian dish no onion or Garlic can be added.

    • @HomeCookingwithSomjit
      @HomeCookingwithSomjit  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Goh Hwee Tiang, thank you for sharing 😀 Yes, I observe that from Malaysia, some ethnic groups that are vegetarian (usually Chinese) don't consume garlic and onions, however, there are other ethnic groups that are vegetarians (usually Indians) do consume them.
      If you would prefer not to have them, the onions and garlic in this recipe can be omitted as well. Hope it helps 😀
