Like you, I'd never realized it's so laborious. Cheap and nutritious food. I like to cook together with Barley soup and add a little sugar. It's a nice desert soup. Unfortunately can't find any gingko nuts in the Philippines.
Now I understand why it's expensive in my part of the world. For home consumption its easy enough to do. Will try to DIY it myself. Thank you for uploading this video. ❤

Tofu skin is really delicious especially when you fry it You guys must try it And sorry if my english is bad, coz english is not my first language and i'm from Indonesia
It tastes like tofu, but the texture is slightly chewy. It's usually flavored with different kinds of sauce, spring onions, etc., or added to stir fried vegetables.

我西螺人,都是吃永和豆皮,以前豆皮撈起來纏成豆包還沒有進冷凍庫前,我媽去買回來油炸,外酥裡面多汁滑順,沾上蒜頭醬油膏,好吃到流淚。現在大家在外面吃到的炸豆包裡面一定是乾的,因為進冷凍庫冰過,食感天差地遠

把他過濾成豆漿(剩下的豆渣很營養,)
豆漿煮滾後放在大面積的盆子降溫,同時表面會慢慢形成豆皮
