Ingredients
500 grams firm tofu
2 pc red chili
50 grams soaked black fungus
20 grams spring onion
3 cloves garlic
4 tbsp cooking oil
2 pcs egg
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
cornstarch diluted
