We just bought one and we have extremely hard water. What a difference! Give. How hard our water is, we will see how many washes we get, but we weren’t in a panic to get the car dried and it was the best result ever!

    4000 gallons at 110 ppm

ow many gallons do you have to run thru the system, after soaping with hard water, before you get back to zero dissolved solids when turning the valves back on for the tank? Running a few priming gallons thru everytime to get to zero dissolved solids seems a little waststeful, hopefully not too much has to pass thru, right ? Curious if you measured that too (or can and comment), tks.

Disclaimer; The amount of gallons you will actually get depends on your area. Every well or city’s water is different from the next in regards to quality ( ppm ). Meaning, the higher the incoming ppm the less gallons you will get out of the DI tank..... on the flip side DI water is great.

Yep...a DI unit like this only last me about 6 washes with my 800+ ppm TDS.

How has the system performed after 2 years?

I need this for my solar panels.

Funny you’d say that…. It was a real PITA to get on top of our motorhome to wash the panels, and water spots were always a problem. Now I just tilt the panels (with a remote) then rinse them off. Takes 5 minutes instead of 30 minutes.

I am starting to detail alot and I am so done with water spots thats with a water softener line out to the garage. I am south facing in full sun in my drive way most hours of the day. I plan on getting something like this for my kranzle pump and using DI water 100% of the time.

I have a Kranzle K10 122TS machine, lovely! The only fear I would have is that if something went wrong inside the vessel stem, it could send beads into your machine. That's my only concern if I linked mine to it....

I have the DI 50, maybe 40 gallons of water under 50 ppm. The cost of resin makes it total usless. My areas water is so hard you start at 15 ppm with brand new resin.

Hi Kevin, Great review of our product. Thank you. But at the end of the video you list DI rinse as the company the company you purchased from. When your system was manufactured by RV-mods which is a completely different company.

I seem to remember that I purchased my system directly from the DI Rinse website

Hi Again Kevin, No you purchased it via one of our reseller. I've just looked up your invoice. Also there a big sticker on the tank that says RV-mods. That's us.

@@glenntomkins5237 Glen - Are you guys still around and shipping out items from your RV mods website? I've seen some messages on various CR Spotless and DI Resin forums saying that since you guys are stuck out of the country because of COVID-19 and therefore, RV-mods is NO LONGER SHIPPING DI Resin systems or mods or anything else for that matter for the time being. I've noticed that the 'people' posting these rumors are also in turn trying to promote OTHER DI Resin companies. I wanted to purchase 1cubic ft of ResinTech DI resin from you guys but I was scared to. Please advise.
