Absolutely appalled by the fact that they have forgotten about the best designed card in the set "bunny ear enthusiast", not only does it tie to the long running sad goblin kid lore, it also ties the artwork with the effect with great proficiency , truly a master class in card design and furry bait, 10/10

The new icejade is another water type extender. It eliminates the normal summon reliance from Marincess allowing you to play through something like ghost ogre on blue tang.

Solfachords probably has that "weird odd-even-thing" because of its theme. If you look at their names, a lot of them include the names of keys in a...What's the English word? Right, chromatic SCALE! That's probably why they use the pendulum-mechanic. Anyway, back to the point I was actually talking about. With piano keys, the basic chords are often made up of 3 odd- or even-numbered keys. A chromatic scale has 8 keys, so you could give the keys from Do to Ti the numbers 1-7 (Do would also be number 8.). A basic chord uses the first, third and 5th key of a chromatic scale.
long story short: Solfachord is what Melodius tried to be. I don't think that Melodius has even any pendulum-cards, despite the fact that a lot of the other characters got some. Perfomapal/Odd-Eyes, D/D/D, Yosenju/Abyss Actors are all straight-up pendulum-decks. Superheavy Samurai actually have at least 2 pendulum monsters and Lunalight are in a similar position.
Sakitama super dirty facilitates so many plays in different decks. In addition to exorsister and math, it’s good in spriggans it lets you make back up bagooska in almost any deck it makes the redoer in spriggans putting Sargas and the field card secondary effects on line.
Shame the other spirit got bought out
4:22 Much of Kuribandit's allure is in the mill 5. Some decks it saw play in were Sylvan, BA, Shaddoll, Lightsworn, and Paleo. Wannabee is cracked, but it doesn't interfere with Kuribandit's niche.

Konami should 100% add in the (for solfachords) solfege for accidentals and then add in cards relating to different scales that have effects synergizing with the scale degrees that are a part of the scale. Even if they just add cards to do with the tritone or the natural or non-natural minor keys (or other modes, for that matter) I would be more than content. Secondary dominants would be cool but unlikely, cadences would be interesting, but really just anything beyond the most basic of basic would be great as support. I would probably bet on semitones, minor, or maybe even jazz or pentatonic scales if I had to, however.
I want a G-Cis boss monster.

I mean……. Dinomorphia with wannabe now has a pseudo searcher that can grab an evenly matched if going 2nd meaning evenly is the only going 2nd card. They also got their new solemn strike, which doesn’t need a monster to activate. Chaining the strike like card to an ash on your traps will feel so good…… and can be made for ~$50-75

That said, ran XX-clusion for the same reason, but Intact can answer more than just Ash, so it's better than XX-clusion for that.
I really, really want to try the new Dual Avatar card. I absolutely love the deck even if it's bad. The new Fusion can summon both main deck monsters FROM DECK if it's destroyed (which is not hard for the deck itself to do), and doesn't have the restriction of needing to have used an effect monster for it's summon to do so, but it hurts due to the fact you have to use 1 or BOTH 'end' bosses for it to have other effects. It's cool thematically of a fusion of Yuhi's and Kokoku's fusions ideas: one effect is battle-related and the other is disrupting the opponent's set-up. It's just that if you're at a board state where you have Kon and Mitsu on field, you're not going to fuse them away for a monster that makes all your guys 3k while battling and a QE banish on the opponent's turn only.
Crazy to think they printed Arise Heart for Kash then 1 set later released A-Un and did not see anything wrong with it.

YGO spoilers and releases are so weird to me because i could swear half of these already came out. Like, i saw combo guides lists and saw the hype die down for some of these and they haven't RELEASED!?
That's because of the delay between OCG and TCG fucking up the hype cycle. It causes this awkward cycle of getting hyped for something, stopping hearing about it, getting hyped for the next thing, then whoops you need to BACKTRACK to the previous thing and reheat whatever hype is left over to mixed results

@@kilivanjg2813 I run instant fusion and a copy of the fusion spell. Instant fusion turns this card into a 1 card combo machine, while the fusion spell can turn excess bugs into a powerful extender. The summoning beetroopers that get banished is also very clutch because mighty neptune only shuffles back main deck insects that got banished. Helps a lot with looping resources and recovering. Plus the search activates on special summon, so if it gets revived by the field spell, you get more searches. It's a great card

Double hooking isn't a particularly good card, but it almost single handedly made me win our locals sealed pre release event, so now I've gotta figure out a deck it works well in
Time-Rending Morganite is going to allow for so many jank decks. Not many meta decks, but there's a lot of jank that would like it. Gadgets, Glads, Monarch (Which has a way of searching it), etc. Now all you have to do is reliably open a 3 of card every single duel (Or an effective 9 of in monarch, which is actually feasible).

I want to try brewing with it in Magical Musketeer. Gives you a way to plus off the card immediately, MM can replace handtraps with their in-archetype spells/traps, and lets you play through disruption a bit better with thr second normal.

Cyberse Sage definitely seems interesting for Relinquished decks, since her on-field effect allows decent access to Millennium Eyes, and you can run stuff like Dotscaper and Cyberse Witch too.
Hating on Dinomorphia like someone who's been Ferret Flames-ed one time too many. Intact was a big need for the deck though, no more ash-ing Frenzy

The new Mikanko lv 3 is low key pretty good for the non Libromancer/Kaiju build of the deck. It can search out the on theme traps (one of them is solid while the DUNE trap is strong) and it gives your board another layer of protection from targeting effects. Basically the deck can now do things going 1st.
It can be searched with Emergency Teleport too.

Wait, Golden Cloud Beast - Malong was not mentioned in this? Yeah that card wont make any deck meta because it exists but the card is amazing. Give it time and it will work its way into a few combos.

I love how "If you cannot add, shuffle this card into the deck." is its own sentence in Catch-of-the-Day. It looks like a standalone effect that makes the card useless for 60% of players.

Survival's End is actually a pretty good card. You either foolish it with Marella or use it to screw up your opponent's field. In Master Duel, I see quite a few Dark Magician- and Blue-Eyes-decks and SE can also destroy tokens. I'm actually currently trying out a dino-deck because it's literally my first Yu-Gi-Oh-deck ever, but that was in a time long before we had Ultimate Conductor Tyranno etc.. I still need to get used to the newer cards, for example the Ultra-Evolution Pill. The cards that require you to play a different type confuse me the most because I don't really have the space in the main deck for that. Luckily, I can use extra deck-monsters for such cards.
If you run any amount of hand traps in your main deck, like ash blossom/maxx c, then you should have enough monsters of different types to run double evolution pill. Even more so if you want to go with the true king variant.
So we're just not bringing up Gold Pride? Well I am. Gold Pride is the rare instance where the second half of tcg support didn't absolutely drop the ball (ironic given the fusion monster). Gold Pride Punk is my new main deck.

Dinomorphia Intact is just so unbelievably good for Dinomorphia. Because all it needs to be activated is for you to have a Dinomorphia card, not monster, you can use it to negate Ash in response to Domain or Frenzy. And it's grave effect makes you unable to die by battle damage for the rest of the turn, making you able to have a chance to come back if your board gets blown up.
Like the other Dinomorphia traps, this only blocks one instance of battle damage.

The lowest LP that's allowed is 1, and effects that would cause a decimal to appear in LP are rounded up, iirc...

Would have gone with Origin Story too, just because I love Libromancer so much. They are like the Persona protagonists as a super hero comic book. And as someone who loves rituals and versatile decks, they are exactly what I want with their ability to go slow with traps, OTK, or go into Links easily. Assuming optimal circumstances ofc ^^

Icejade Ran Aegirine is slept on, its better abyssteus for Atlanteans.
Ran + Teus gives you a 2 rip from opponents hand, and three omni negates, two of which are Toad that restock your hand as you use them.
As always, that level 2 synchro support is great, but... if only it was a wyrm instead of a dragon...
Tho it opens up a great opportunity for a new Blue Eyes Synchro if they ever make a level 10 one. Or they can play Baronne now.

Can I ask you for an example of what,”Activated effect” means? For example, under Morganite, I cannot activate Parallel eXceed from hand, but I could use Micro coder as material from hand, as there is no colon/semi-colon to denote an effect is happening?
@@berserk2638 Most likely, that sounds about right. You should be able to special summon a Cyber Dragon or a Spright monster because they do not activate in the hand, you just throw them down when their summoning conditions are met. You cannot summon Exosister Martha because it is an activated effect to special summon.
