    I have done a couple thousand yoga practices throughout my 28 years of life, and I can say with no hesitation that this was one of my favorite classes. Juliana and Mark are amazing teachers, and you will not regret starting these.

      I find this very very challenging. I’ve only been doing yoga for about 4 months daily… even doing the very first kneeling pose was painful 😓
      I hope to be where you are one day.

    Yoga didn't just change me physically but mentally as well. How i react to everything has changed. Whenever m afraid and worried , i'm like , just breathe it's going to pass on it's own.

    Being at home 24/7 is no joke (pandemic is still very bad in Thailand), especially when you work a 9am to 6pm office job. I usually get back pain from sitting at the desk too long (even though I’m only 21), but following your yoga flows everyday has not only helped with my back pain (never get back pains anymore) but it also helped me with my depression and anxiety...especially during times like these. Thank you so much Boho Beautiful, I don’t know what I’d do without your channel (I tried other yoga flow videos but it just never works the same as Juliana’s!)

    I always underestimated shivasana and have never really researched it. Today I realised that it had practically cured my insomnia and lack of disciple when getting up. Now I just think relax the toes or move the toes and roll to the side and feel gratitude in sitting position and stand up.. I am soo happy. It has made my mornings better, frustration free and I m starting to feel like a morning person. Thank You!!!

    Thank you Juliana and Mark🙏❤️. I feel great after this flow. I'm on day 9 of my recovery due to Covid hit. This morning I felt a bit headache and my nose stuck. Apparently I feel much stronger after the flow, no more block on my nose .... Thanks to the breathing technique too.

    I’ve been fighting a sinus infection for a couple days and with this practice not only am I breathing freely but I can feel my lymphatic and circulatory system waking up and cleansing my body. Thank you!

      Definitely not a fluke. Tried again today and my stuffy sinuses are enjoying a moment of clarity and fresh air and my body feels kind of “filtered” or cleansed. Amazing.

    I love all your workouts and this one was no exception. I stuggled a bit because I’ve caught some kind of cough/bug that’s in my chest, with a mild fever, so I feel weak in general. The warrior and chair poses and downward dog and chaturanga poses were harder for me because of being sick. Do you have any easy workouts for when we are sick already but we still want to incorporate some movement and maybe some poses that are good for the lungs and healing in general? Thank you.     After being seriously sick for a month and only starting my way to recovery, I was tense, I was stiff, my lungs were weak. This was my first practice since very long time as I have dropped activities once I started feeling weak already before getting sick. I gained weight, my muscles have weakened. Having this sequence as the first thing to start being active again, not only I feel at peace with my mind which was severely punishing me with intrusive thoughts. I feel at peace with my organs, my lungs, my guts, my heart. Final breathing excersise took out all these hidden wheezes away and when we joined hands at our heart I cried. My body cried. Thank you, this was a truly cleansing experience. Namaste 🙏

    Lovely set. It's very tough these days because I've been very poorly for weeks and on meds that make me slow and drowsy, but I still try do to a set of yoga every now and then. Today I especially liked Eagle arms and the beautiful uplifting soundtrack. Thanks Boho

    I'm relatively new to yoga, I've never actually taken a formal class outside of a YMCA. But Juliana and Mark make it so approachable and easy that I look forward to starting everyday on the mat!
