When I took an Arabic linguistics class, the prof said that Arabic sounds require muscles that Americans only use when they throw up.
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Fun fact: dots on letters didn't exist previously and many letters looked identical; you were supposed to know the sound they make using context... dots were added just to accommodate learning Arabic for foreigners after the spread of Islam. Same story with the diacritics.
That aside... I appreciate that you're trying to learn Arabic, and I assure you that you will get many natives surprised (perhaps making backflips of joy)
Rasm explained.
as an arabic speaker , i feel very privileged being able to actually speak arabic

My foreign friends always struggle with the ع sound and I can feel them 😂

As a native arabic speaker from KSA who wrote a novel (If anyone wants to read it I will translate it to the gold language EN soon as possible) with the original arabic language - Fus'ha - I will end this war by saying arabic is the most rigorous language on earth.
As an arab speaker for 11 years , I can 100% agree since I get a ,ax of C- in arabic class

Hi. I am a native Farsi speaker. I just wanted to know how exactly Persian sounds to you😁 Also if you had any questions regarding Farsi I would be more than happy to help you😊
farsi isn't (genetically) related to arabic, lol, it's just the script
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣I already use some of these in my native language and can do all of these sounds easly . My native language is Kurdish and I also speak persian in a C2 level without an accent .

I am speak English, Russian, and Hebrew fluently. If you listen closely you can understanding some Arabic of multiple dialects.
You can understand words and even sentences, the sounds are similar but pronunciation varies. I will be trying to learn Arabic, I am not worried to say the least.
There is a great similarity between the Hebrew and Arabic languages, so it will be easier to learn
I don't want to sound like a douchebag, but reading "I am speak English fluently" cracked me up 😂😂
Kaufmann bless you, sir.
bro lol ur so damn funny lol.... i never knew arabic was that hard to others lol
i’m Egyptian puerto rican and Dominican born in puerto rico where i am learning spanish, english, and a little arabic from my mom. Ngl arabic is so hard for me sometimes i wish on giving up on the language, but i honestly kept going just for the sake of me being able to talk to my mom in her native language instead of her having to speak in english for me. in getting pretty good at it actually :)
Don't give up
People who don't feel that pain because they are already native speakers 👇
Bro you just make it difficult while it’s easy lol
As a Bangladeshi its very hard

I tried learning the letters but I gave up, I couldn't tell them apart as they all look so similar to me!
Do you want me to teach you?
@@TEENATEENA-yb4im How long does it take to learn for someone without any prior knowledge of the language?
The ج makes the j sound not G
Only in Egypt we say it as a g but its correct use is as a J
Crafty way to learn is write transliterated English in Arabic script a lot of English words especially nouns are written in Arabic in Arabic papers anyway.
"Ich hätte gerne ein paar Menschenrechte" got me
The same thing happened to us when we tried to learn the English language . Anyway, keep going
you're good .
the ghayn "غ" is exactly the same as the french R.

They should hand out barf bags in Arabic classes just in case you use the gag reflex to speak too much.
my native language is arabic and i absolutely love to see forigners get closer and closer to the correct sounds of the very odd vowels 😂
This is like watching a kid who was always using training wheels in a already easy to ride bicycle (English), try to drive a formula one racing car (arabic)
So funny! 😂
I am glad to see that Arabic learners also have the same difficulties as Urdu learners. In Urdu we add additonal 4-5 more difficult-sounding letters in additiion to Arabic letters.
Fun fact the og arabic dont have dots on the letters and have all these sounds so for ex the letters ص ض They write the same way or even خ ح ج / ت ث ب/ د ذ/ ر ز /ق ف/ ة ه /ظ ط
The fact you combine words-
“Just like your uncle at thanksgiving….lures you into a false sense of security”😭😭, fenomenal video como siempre

Be careful. You sound dangerously naive if you think we’re all the same everywhere. Different cultures have VERY different ideas of what “living the best life the best way they know how” means.
I speak Arabic for me it’s such a experience
غ
Is like when you are gargling but with no water in your mouth/ throat :p
Im learning arabic for religious reasons and i know the alphabet, i also know how to pronounce it correctly because my teacher just let me pronounce the letters as accurate as i can, then i slowly learn and i actually can read it. But again, everyone makes mistakes; so i read them incorrectly sometimes

That works for xa as well
Btw Xain is voiced

Relax dude, Ghain has the same sound as the french R
be glad it’s not an epiglottal trill
My brother, I think that’s the wrong approach.Even the standard alphabet is tricky sometimes”C,G-Q,O-P,B-I,L” and the “c” in English makes 4 sounds! And you have to combine letters, unlike Arabic, which causes more waste of letters.
The beauty language ever
..... Bro it's the true hardest language
Scientifically speaking Arabic language is the most unique and powerful language on earth, if you learn it you will be activating your left and right sides of the brain it means the logic and creativity will be achieved in one go, that’s why Arabic language is the strongest language in the world, it take time to learn it but its worth it, word of advice it’s better to start learning how to speak as social language then move to the writing it will be a lot easier and of course expose yourself to the language as much as possible..all the best for all of you

lmao i laughed my ass of watching this vid. I'm an israeli palestinan (native language is arabic) and I can understand your frustration! I feel like we arabs ourselves also struggled learning the language growing up, especially with grammar ( one would find "E3rab" hard even if they're in high school). Good luck on your hard yet satisfying journey learning one of the most beautiful languages ever.
im not arab, for me arabic its easy, the alphabet pronounce similar like hebrew because both are semitic language
Me when I read Bangla :😢
Me when I read Arabic :👉🥲👌😩
In fact, the most complex languages in terms of tenses, verbs, and other grammar rules are the Germanic languages, and the most complex of these is the English language. This is because English is a mixture of languages, making it very difficult to subject it to any one grammatical rule. As a result, there are always exceptions and irregularities. Because English speakers are accustomed to this complexity and irregularity, they find all regular and simple languages difficult to learn.
So you are saying that English has more tenses, moods and aspects than Spanish, for example? Or a complex syntax governed by the use of cases like Polish instead of an immovible word order.
I don't think so.
The biggest difficulty in English lies in its phonology, not grammar nor syntax. Words like "tests", "twelfths" and "fifths" sound as if they were uttered by a snakelike alien species from the Andromeda galaxy. Even better is that the orthography is a complete mess obsolete since the XV century. The only language with weirder phonotactics being Georgian (Kartvelian languages).
As an arab, I feel the pain whenever I try to say " harder " in American accent
Honestly I dont judge you for saying the arabic language is literal pain (im arab)🥲
