Hey dude upload the full conversation of the last guy
He was such a cool chill guy
Good vibes
I wanted to see that
Are you sure? It was like a 30 minute conversation 😂
1:52 when he said what you didn't understand, he asked if you were from Algeria. Likely because he saw a white man speaking Arabic, a lot of Algerians have some french blood in them and will look white, and they speak Arabic mother tongue.
@@ColeLangshell yh, that conversation is now more relevant than ever and I'd love to hear two rational prespectives
2:30 he isn’t joking tho lol people here in the gulf countries take hospitality to another level it’s crazy (in a good way).. they’ll take each and every chance to let you feel welcomed and at home
depends. there are two types. ones who are very kind-hearted and will go out of their way to help you in times of need, and others who are complete decks.
The reason some of them ask him if he's Muslim is because they're deciding how to treat him. I grew up in the Middle East, and I always got asked that question, and when I said no, the bullying began.
@@MagpieTimes I’m sorry for what you’ve been through.. I mentioned hospitality because it is one of the treats that majority of people have even if they aren’t doing well financially.. but hospitality doesn’t really determine if a person is nice or not
Middle East is just like any part of the world, some people are good and some are bad.. although most people won’t judge you by your religion but I’m seriously so sorry for what you’ve been through🙏🏻
@@MagpieTimes also I can’t really be sure what their intentions were when they asked him that, but I know most people will ask that when they hear a foreigner learning or speaking Arabic.. majority of people who learns Arabic are either Muslims or interested in learning about Islam
So that could be why
@@MagpieTimes Yeah. Muslim love only muslim.
@@rupaschannel5856 there is always that indian comment
Me too. I want to meet Arabs as friends. When I was in Kuwait. They are actually courteous, it is just they have been very misunderstood in some way
Hey I’m Kuwaiti and thanks for your kind words
@@misterprankster3582
Thank you man. I actually miss Kuwait
i was there for more than 10 years
shlonek/shlonich? 🇰🇼 (how are you?)
They are misunderstood because of ISIS and the punishment in saudi arabia
@@dalubwikaan161حياك الله☺️
@@dalubwikaan161thank you man ❤
where are you from?
You better go to eat with those guys, don't even record it just hangout. Those kinda things are always the best and sometimes you come out with long time friends. Traveled and hosted people meeting like that. World is amazing
As an Arab, for all people who are trying to learn Arabic I say to them:
الله يعينكم😅
Meaning:
May God help you😅
Because it is a hard language, just for learning the letters you would take time
For every letter it has 2-3 forms at least based on the location of that letter
Also the vowels symbols there are main threw vowels that can change the sound of tge lettet
I am not trying to discourage you but really it is hard
But if you could learn it, I can assure you, you would love speaking this language 😊
I love that two people from two totally different cultures, from different sides of the globe can connect together on a spiritual level and talk about differences in views, beliefs and opinions. All while being civil. The internet is a great invention, man.
As someone born in palestine, who lived all life in brazil is really good to see that there are educated people in america that knows thing aren't black in white and can see the colours. My grandfather came in a ship from palestine in the 50's and died without the perspective of seeing a solution to the apartheid and occupation of his land. Really glad you can recognize the existence of Palestinians. Anyways, I love your content and inspires me to lear my 5th language (german). If you need practice with palestinian dialect (which is very similar to all Levant languages) I can give you a hand, I need to improve it as well haha. Peace, man. 🤟
I’ve heard something about this.. aren’t there a ridiculous number of Lebanese and Palestinian people in Brazil?
You’re doing great man.. Had been talking to so many people online who’re learning Arabic for many years now and the progress you’ve made in one month people don’t make in a whole year (pronunciation wise) so props to you 👏🏻
I'm really excited for this!
I'm only 30 seconds in but oh this is gonna be great
edit: Coming back to say I love how you talked to that dude and really showed so much respect for their culture! And I agree so much with your message at the end. I'm a lot like you in how I stay open minded and don't embrace stereotypes or prejudice towards foreign cultures. It's just... not intelligent. Really inspiring man, keep it up! You're so smart and kind.
5:02 Morocco has been ran by Spaniards French and Muslims throughout generations so it make sense why they speak those
1:50 he said Are you from Algeria in a very heavy Algerian accent
I am proud to be an Arab
سلام عليكم، من ابن انت؟
I love Arabs ❤😊 I really want to meet with them
Cole you're the best.. adoro seus vídeos assisto a todos, saudações de Porto Alegre-RS.
Cole, seus vídeos são ótimos e mostram o lado bom da humanidade. Isso me motiva a aprender novas línguas. Valeu, mano
Soo good!
Can't wait
Last guy seems like such a nice person!

At 1:50 he asked if you're from Algeria 😭
The last guy seemed nice. I'd wish to have him as my friend tbh
1:52 ”أنت من الجزائر“
This means “You're from Algeria.”
But did you ever get the dinner party text!?!? The people need to know

If anyone needs to practice Arabic, you can practice with me like voice chat or something like that for free. I am learning English. We can teach each other our language. Leave a comment if you are interested.🤗
Are you Turkish?
no I'm not
@@iskander711sorry I just saw the Iskander name and it thought you might be.
If there was no oil and great natrual resources there no one would care.
In my point of view, most Arabic people are not from these countries for example Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan. Are not good people. In facts, as we see in this video, UAE person likes to meet this guest. I know them most of them are very friendly. For instance, he will makes a dinner for you also do some fun exercises. For example, camping and some stuff like that. By the way, I’m from Saudi Arabia and I know UAE population. On the other hand, as we can see Lebanony person is did conversation about dirty things.
like if you’re emirati or saudi arabian
Yeah because there's absolutely no racism in Arab countries...😂😂😂
there are racism in every country in the world...even among people with same race.
@@wewenang5167 Yup that's exactly what I'm saying my friend. People who points towards others being racist, almost always ignore the racism in their own culture/countries.
Obamna
The boy who asked you to go over wasn't "Arabic looking" enough, so, you went with someone with a face covering to do it in the thumbnail? Cole...
It could also be because of the arm raise for the thumbnail to be more dynamic,
I personally cant say that annyone that supports a regim that supports slavery is a good person, mby you can but not me
Ofcourse if they support the countrie while also supporting ending slavery in that same country then we have a different situation
Ignorance is one thing but knowing about it an ignroing it or activly promoting it by not speaking up againstt it is another thing
What slavery ? Seriously
Bruh why are you here to talk about politics
