How do i surrender the pain??

Throughout my life i suffered with abandonment, lack of love, pain, worthlessness, being unconfident and out of control. Because of this i lead a life of alcohol abuse, drug addiction and getting into trouble with the law!!
I was not a good father in the beginning, i could not even take of myself. 8 years in sobriety i was able to be a father, a provider, as rock, a shoulder to lean on.
It was all going great, then it all fell apart, 8 years in sobriety, still sober, but my daughter has disowned me. She is 16 going through her on struggles now, going down her own path. How do i surrender my pain?? The answer is in the video. SUBSCRIBE, SHARE, LIKE AND COMMENT!!
