I've been waiting for you to make videos addressing depression. Only someone that has actually experienced these feelings could possibly understand. I started on your videos because of stopping smoking but because you are so real and honest, I realized how much I need help with my recurring depression. I didn't think anybody else had problems just brushing their teeth - that it was overwhelming just to do that. You are the real deal and I am so grateful you are here at this time. By the way, still not smoking:)

Hi Jolene, glad something about the video resonated with you. I do remember you asking for more of these - I've got other stuff planned on depression that I'll mix in with the usual stuff about quitting smoking etc. Congratulations on staying smoke-free too! :) Sorry to hear about your depression, I hope you're able to get the help you need to emerge on the other side of it :)

Oh Chris, to have you there is a priceless gift. Thank you. Depression is so awful, and sometimes I just have to hide, as talking to people makes it worse, so I prefer to wait (sometimes seemingly endlessly), for it to pass. That you understand it, and can talk about it so eloquently and accurately, and offer such empathy is sooooo comforting, and feels like a lifeline

Your honesty is priceless. Thank you Chris. What I never really thought about before was the big positive change that comes afterwards. (Or before). But when I looked back, it was completely true!!!! I related to most everything you said. I will be so much more prepared for the next time. Thanks to you.
