yeah the web terminal is down.. since 2.0.3 .. never use that again .. change firewall to CSF not work , return to firewalld got blocked.. good tutorial

Check your hosting provider panel for ssh key , make sure there is and it s the same with the one in the cpanel
Memcached/redis, are they useful when I am using the server for Wordpress, Gitea and Kanboard?
They are most useful for pages with mostly static content that does not change a lot
