The kit has arrived, and it is gorgeous! A lost package delayed my delivery, but MFC quickly alerted me, apologized and sent out a new kit. The box contained packing peanuts so highly static charged they leaped from the box at me in my living room as I opened it. But inside were beautifully crafted aluminum spacers that I can hardly wait to install. I was disappointed to see that the logos aren’t incorporated into the black paint job, but I suppose some would rather not have them maybe? Either way, Thanks MFC!
Nothing At All to laser inscribe the logo, we have to run them more after anodizing. This would make the cost more, and we don’t want to make them priced higher.
I would like to see a video of the MFC quick disconnect sway bar links being installed and if there’s a way you could demonstrate that it would help my KL Cherokee suspensions articulation. Thank you
Mighta been nice to have some instructional sections...as someone who hasn't wrenched on much i was just kinda guessing as to what you were doing in fast forward most of the time...just a suggestion...i plan to eventually get this kit though.
I'm assuming you are introducing POSITIVE CAMBER into all for wheels with this kit... could wear tires on one side a bit more so I'd suggest rotating tires every oil change. I'm not sure if they make camber bolts for this jeep. I'm assuming again that camber bolts would go on the lower arm on the front and back but I doubt anyone makes these so rotating tires would be required.
Hey guys, just purchased a kit and very excited for it to get here! I saw on the website there is a guide for correcting camber by spinning the top strut mount. Is this needed when installing everytime? I do not see it shown in this video.
The knuckle bolt goes back in the same way it came out. In our instructions available on the website and that ship with the lift it shows you on step number three how it goes back in as well

@@LarryRichelli that’s because they have the only 2” lift. Everyone else’s is a leveling kit...lifting the front 2” and the rear .75”-1.5”. Also, the 2” lift is the basis of the 2.5” lift and 3” lift. No one else has this level of options.

I'm searching high and far for some camber plates adjustments for my KL AD1. Would the AD1/ KL platform need entirely different cambers to fit a 3.5" lift or would replacing the LCA on the front & rear suspension fix the issue of centralizing the tires? My intentions are to try and fit your spacer lift kit + dobinson coil/spring kit + and camber plates onto my Jeep with some BFGs to net 4-5" above factory specs
paulnmarshall an AD1 can only be lifted safely with 2”. Anything more and you have to change all four axles, front lower control arms and rear trailing arms. Camber can be corrected with our technique found on the lift kit documents found on our suspension page @ www.mfcoffroad.com

The Trailhawk is lifted by 1" over the non Trailhawk models. This is in part by the suspension and larger tires. With this kit, it adds an additional 2" to your current Jeep Cherokee, whether it be a Trailhawk or non Trailhawk.

On the Trailhawk, are you adding 2 inches (TH is already 1 inch over other models) putting it at 3 inches higher than base models or does your kit only add another 1 inch making it a total of 2?
I noticed at 7:50 you were also removing another bolt that attaches that skinny rod. (don't know what it is called) so you could lower the control arm. I see in the video you don't show you re-attaching it, nor is it anywhere in the instructions. And at 3:44, what is that bolt you are removing with the hex screw? Why does that need to be removed. That isn't in the directions either. Thanks
AlphaDog223 yes our kit fits on every 2019 Cherokee. Installation is generally 3-4 hours. For installation costs if you want us to do it it’s $295 for the kit and $55 if you need a rear wheel centering kit.

MFC Offroad I wonder is require to do a wheel alignment?

An alignment after installation can correct camber, cast and toe bringing you back into spec

Logan Marks camber correction is only needed for the 3” lift. You don’t need to do it for the 2” lift

@@LarryRichelli No drilling of any holes is needed with the MFC Offroad lift kits. Any power tools used are simply using adapters for sockets.

Max tire size with zero trimming is 30.5”. We commonly recommend 245/70R17

Its a great product that does NOT affect any ride characteristics. Jeep themselves buy directly for me with their in house Jeep sales.

It adds 2" to the already taller 1". So yes, it will sit 3" taller than all other models.

All lift heights have been tested. Anything more than 3" is known to destroy ball joints, CV boots and CV's.
Go buy the ATP 4" lift and try it out, except it doesn't lift it 4"
