why not just split the grommet halfway and slide it over the wire once you push the relay through the hole. you can follow up with some silicone sealant to prevent water ingress at the trunk. Do the same for the firewall grommet. Much better than cutting wires! Also a dab of dielectric grease to keep the connections dry and clean wouldnt hurt especially if you are going trail driving.

Man I don’t know bout wiring it front to back kinda seems like a waste of time and material another commenter said easier to drill and grommet and maybe not even have to drill

What's really funny is seeing a KL built up like this (awesome), knowing full well it will have to have the lower balljoints replaced every 6 months if it actually hits the trail. I know, because I own one.

I have a 2021 Trail hawk I want to put a 2" lift so I can put a 32' tire I don't have any exp. with lift kits I live in Baja California so the roads out here are sandy wash board sometimes water crossing creek beds I need a little more clearance I want something that isn't going to cause other problems Thank great video

I have this kit installed on a used vehicle I purchased recently. What type off bulb is it that I can replace by going to AutoZone or something. Hey Jesse! I've got a 2017 KL trail hawk and was just wondering what you think I could do to it to make it the most capable off-road and what you would recommend? Ive seen online that sometimes a 3 inch lift may be too hard on the CV axels due to the angle, I was wondering if the Sub frame drop would help combat this or do you think I should stick to a 2.5 inch lift or maybe even 2? Additionally, would I be able to run Fox long travel suspension In the rear and still be able to remove my front sway bar only?

This is the wrong way to do this. You should not grind off pinch welded flanges. You are weakening the chassis by doing that. All you do is fold them over flat with a hammer, there's no grinder involved
