NEW On Running Cloudpulse GYM Training Shoes Review

Today I’m reviewing the new On Running Cloudpulse training shoes that were designed just for the gym. This on feet review of the On Running Cloudpulse sneakers covers my experience wearing the shoes so far, my opinion on whether they are good gym shoes, what you can expect in terms of sizing, price and features.
The On Cloudpulse trainers are described by On as their “first-ever training shoe. Designed to give you total stability and flexibility in your workouts - from HIIT to cardio.”
Currently retailing for £140, the newly released fitness shoes aren’t cheap, but this is due to the plethora of features that have been incorporated into its build.
If you’re looking for trainers to wear for cardio, interval training and/or weight training - You might want to try these out.

Do you think these would be good for HIIT training where you switch between sprints on a treadmill then do floor work? Would these hold up for quick 2-3km run on a treadmill followed by strength training? Thanks

Yeah, that's exactly what I use them for. If you're gonna do any 3/4km+ then I wouldn't use them

Have you used them on a concept2 rowing machine ? Just wondering if the heel fits into the rower footplate ok 😃👍🏼

How’s the heel lock? I have a pretty narrow heel, but wider forefoot.

It's decent, nothing amazing but I haven't had any noticeable issues
