@@sabinabrown4650this is so false! I work in healthcare, and moving your body as you are able while on your cycle is recommended, and proven to reduce cramps! Typically after working out, most women say they feel much less crampy! Everyone’s body has different limits which you should know and learn yourself, of course, and with guidance from your personal doctor, but Please do not spread false information!
@@sabinabrown4650 You actually should work out if you have cramps. Nothing super rigorous, but working out and exercising with cramps is very helpful and a lot of times the cramps reduce afterwards

Even though I have been working out for years and Im in a really good shape when its that time of the month I actually become unable to do anything physically. Its literally impossible for a woman to do any type of workout when that period pain hits. Unless you have very mild cramps noone can workout with REAL period pain

I went to the gym or went for a run even though I didn't feel like it, missing out on fun things. After taking a break from the gym and not working out as much as I used to, I started following along to your videos. In the last year/year and a half I've worked out and stretched to your videos and now I actually feel joy when I work out! Thank you so very much for the work you do ❤️
I’ve felt the same way as you and sometimes still do, but what I tell myself is “I am worthy, important, and valuable no matter what.” Also I try not to be hard on myself.
honestly this is the best post workout cooldown stretch by madfit so far, it's super relaxing plus it hits my sore muscles at the right spot, and the music is also super calming with the added bonus that it's only 5 mins and quick
I just did 3 of your work-out videos back to back, ending it with this 5 minute cool down. Man, I needed that so bad!! Was feeling so blah and unmotivated to move my body, but so glad I did this.

Perfect cool down to follow a plank/core workout! I love stretching videos but most of them prioritize the lower body, so it’s nice to have a go-to that incorporates some great moves for posture and core mobility 😊

Always love your workout. Nice to have different cool downs. I am not a gym person. So when this so called pandemic started I was fortunate enough to buy a MyRun and a Bench of Technogym. I normally started running at 06:00 AM but having these equipments and didn’t feel like getting outdoors with all those rules kept me training inside and doing your workouts for almost 26 months has paid of. It also keeps me mentally sane. So thank you!
I have used this cool down so many times and have really noticed a difference by doing these cool-downs rather than other peoples has made a huge difference

i been doin this 50 min workout and it didn't have a cool down. i knew something wasn't right. this is what i needed. i yawned it out. now i feel relaxed wowi. doing this every workout

22 November: Wow it’s my day 1 being here doing this cooldown and bone cracking happened at the last workout routine you guys and I so loved it in that moment, felts every ounce of soreness has been taken away from my body. So overall pretty cool. And another thing I have realized is that one must not skip cooldown after working out for almost a hour, so yeah that pretty sums up. Perfect after one of your workouts! :) It would be so cool if you could make a video explaining how to workout, like how to know what days training one part or other and how to make complete workouts, I don't know if I'm the only that can follow a workout plan like yours, that says when you have to do one thing or other but by myself I don't know how😅I love your videos you are so stunning!💗

Im near the same age when you were, (I’m 14) and it’s good to know your worth and to feel joy when you’re doing something.
This cool down really makes my heartbeat from high to normal, and it really calms my body down after sweating profusely!
