I've been trying to get back on track for months, to start working out, doing exercises for my back problems, meditating again. And I couldn't force myself to start doing all of that. I feel like letting yourself down like this leads to feeling like you're trapped and you can't trust yourself. But this morning I remembered about your meditating challange and decided to do it. And when I got out of bed, I thought I could probably do my back exercises before that. I ended up completing my work out as well before doing this meditation, and I actually had tears rolling down my face as I sat with my eyes closed. I just want to say that I've been doing your meditations for years, and you're the only one whose meditation videos actually work for me. Even during the hardest periods of my life I've always felt so thankful to you in the end of every meditation. I just hope that all the love, peace and gratitude you gift to people will find its way back to you. You're a wonderful human being.
Hi,, I suffer from chronic back pain. It’s so easy to loose one’s concentration- I WELL understand what you go tru-I gotten in a pattern a whilst back to meditate as soon as my pain subsides! I don't know how but this challenge comes right when I need it the most! This week was one of the worst and in general my depression was building up for weeks now again and god, I couldn't find positive energy in this, but tears were flowing the whole 5 minutes with so many pent up negative emotions! I feel a bit lighter now and gonna repeat this one tomorrow together with the next video! Thank you for this!!!

I have been struggling for a while to get back into my own peace and wellbeing. I told myself that I would start the meditation challenge on Day 1 and I didn't. But this morning, after feeding my children and doing my morning prayer, I decided to go ahead and start with the 5 minute meditation video. At first, when I had my eyes closed, I thought to myself, "I really don't think this is working." Then when you said to open our eyes and look around at all of the love that's around us, I got emotional. So, I can definitely say that I think this could be effective for me. Thank you ❤

Day-1 ✅ I can't concentrate on breathing during meditation. Visualization is hard. I feel a little bit good after meditation. Thank you 🫧 Day-2 ✅ I don't see any difference like Day-1. Breathing is not rhythmly and comfortably. Day-3 ✅ I felt worry and stress before meditation. After this, I feel better than before. My breathing is also improving. Thank you Lavendarie 🫂✨ Day-4 ✅🎉 I can't focus on breathing because the environment is noisy. I feel a little bit tired. Day-5 ✅ Day-6 ✅ I feel calm for the first time.
