@ thank you okay my first question I’m going to example of chicken muscle stem cells once I get the sample and was through pbs and trypsin etc And I’m left with cells to put into media to grow do I wait for cells to grow in media before separating cells from fat and muscle cells or how do you recommend to do cell isolation to get cells I’m looking to culture ?
