    Thank you for this Paula. I did this in my backyard under the shade of the trees. At the pose at 20:35 I felt overwhelmed with love for you and I completed the rest of the practice with tears spilling out of my eyes. You’ve brought a vitality and presence to my life that I can’t put into words, but I feel it every day. Thank you for sharing this gift of yoga in your way🙏🏻♥️🌏

      There's something about those 'heart opening' poses that does something. I have also felt that before doing a similar pose one day and I felt an overwhelming spiritual, mental and emotional release, not just physical! Love the love on this thread. Have a lovely day!

    Thank you, Paula :) So many wonderful practices from you...I had to do this one 2x, because in the first round, my cat (Cheddar) crawled onto my back during salabhasana and started to purr. I decided to let go and the two of us just lay there for the rest of the flow, listening and watching you. But I've just now done it all and I feel much better. Thx again! xo, Julia

    thankyou so so much for this practise. I had my first baby 4 months ago and since breastfeeding have felt pain in my shoulders and upper back. This week I have started to do this practise and already feel a difference. Ps you are my favourite yoga teacher! so calming and informative with every move.. coming from a dance background I love the left and right info all the time.. really easy to follow

    Hi Paula. Quick question if I may, the move at 14:50 with the cat/cow variation, I always seem to lose my balance. Every time I curve in I lose balance. Any tips to combat this? Thank you for this beautiful flow btw.

      Try to engage and connect with your core by drawing your navel in/pelvic floor slightly up before going through the spinal action - the eyes will move with the action but try to keep them steady too. It does require some negotiating of balance so try not to worry too much - if you continue to struggle with hand behind head, try placing the hands on top of your front thigh. Hope that helps x

    Hi Paula, thanks again for another great practice. I have a great deal of trouble transitioning from 3 legged dog to low lunge. Can you offer any advise?

      Thanks for the lovely feedback. This is a transition many struggle with - My advice is to try and bring the knee up as high as you can to the chest and lift through the belly as you are trying to step through. If you are not stepping far enough forward, use your hand to support bringing the foot a bit closer in between your hands. Eventually you will build enough core strength to lift through the body to step the foot through. I hope that helps a bit!
