Omg same I actually cried. I watched every core video on TH-cam and I can't figure out how to do it. I do feel tightening on lower abs and pelvic area but I don't feel the burn at all. I've been doing planks, side planks and a glute exercise for the last month. I do see a change in my posture but I just can't do any ab workout because I don't know how to engage my damn core. Did you find a way to do it?
@@esot2093 the fact that it's been 2 months since I made that comment and it feels like a week 🤡 I still haven't figured it out. I know it's bc it's SO weak though. I've been using my back muscles for years so my core peaced tf out. I can get my core to engage like to the point I actually feel it and not in my back at all for literally 2 or 3 reps of something and then my back takes over and I can't get it to go to my core again. You're not the only one whose cried over it 🥲 it's SO frustrating, seeing people be like "it's easy just do this!" And it's like okay that's great but like wtf do I do if I'm doing EVERYTHING everyone is saying but IT WILL NOT WORK. I'm also struggling with glute exercises bc for the majority I end up feeling those in my thighs and back. Like no matter what my body won't listen 🤡 my back is like don't worry I got this for everything and I'm like NO YOU DON'T THAT'S WHY YOU HURT 24/7 PLEASE STOP 😭
