Will cleaning the throttle body and spark plugs make the car run better? My QX60 is very inefficient and it lacks so much power and feels sluggish compared to what it was before.

Man, didn't plug the intake, power tools on the plugs, etc. Yikes. How hard was it to remove the intake manifold?
