Bro there is something not clear here. I changed this yesterday. I chaged it for the long axle (right side) and there were three oil seals. The one you showed in the video with part# 38342 maybe for the other side. My car is left hand drive qx60 2017 canadian.

Thanks for posting this video and showing you don't need to jack up the van or remove wheels. Just changed the rear shocks on our 2012 Sienna. We did use a jack to lift the rear/ extend the springs (tires stayed on the ground) to help install the shock without having to compress it first and try to rush getting it lined up. Very quick job.

I'm very surprised that you did not need to remove engine mount bolts and prop the engine up a bit. I've been watching vids re my Chevy Cobalt (basically same configuration and components) and that is the part that makes me a bit anxious.

Thank you for posting! I didn't know how easy this would be to get to and have been driving around in my 2004 RX330 with no fan for my AC for the past 3 months in the FL heat! I opened up the outer compartment and a bunch of leaves fell out. Then I removed the fan and got it to spin up. Put everything back together and it runs fine! This probably saved me $500 🙂

Fellow DIYers - the Hex/Allen bit is a 6mm. The nut is a 17mm. The external nut he removed with impact is a 19mm.
