I just made these exactly as shown with a few minor tweaks, used 1/2 cup of white sugar, 1/4 cup of packed brown sugar (same amount of sugar per recipe), 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and before they went into the oven I sprinkled Bob's Red Mill Sparkling Sugar on top, as well as the walnuts. Super yummy. 😋
You did like me and also I used honey roasted pecans along with some blueberries and they turned out fabulous. This was the most simple and best recipe. My husband asked me to make him some again...

I made this with a little less sugar, added some nutmeg & greased with grape seed oil because I didn’t have cooking spray & my family loved it. They look delish, of course one of the longer lasting effects of Covid is loss of taste/smell, so I can’t fully enjoy them but I’ll take that any day over some of the more severe symptoms others have had to suffer. My neighbor works for a banana company that delivers bananas to grocery stores. He always has extra that he is allowed to keep and he gave us a whole case of them. So when they started getting really ripe with brown spots, my wife and I made your recipe over the weekend. They turned out excellent, however, we used jumbo muffin pans so they had to cook a little longer. 350-F degrees for about 30 - 33 minutes. So good!

Yummy. Made this yesterday. Sooo yummy. I added a little less sugar (150g) and it was still very sweet but I did have home grown bananas which have more sweetness and flavour than store bought. When I finished mixing the batter mine did seem less liquid than yours so I was worried but it turned out great. I added more cinnamon for my version. I also added the same amount of nuts but did a mix of chopped pumpkin seed and walnuts and it's so yummy and super filling. 1 muffin fills you up. For me the cooking time is between 15 to 20 mins.Thanks for sharing the recipe.
Tried your recipe on Banana nuts muffin. We love chocolate and did not want to miss on it, so just added a bit of chocolate chips to cater out love for chocolate. These are the best! I make a dozen, cut them in 1/2, put on a cookie tray, freeze them then put in a bag in the freezer so that we ALWAYS have some. Thank you so much for this recipe. My muffins turned out fluffy and not dense even after adding another banana. Mixing in the flour at the end I believe makes the difference. I made 2 dozen for my large group of 7 and they were gone before the week was over. I’m making more now ( a month later)
I have made these muffins for my grandkids always turn out great 👍 I have made 20-30 dozen always double the recipe but just use one egg 🥚 I also add 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips & I use Kane sugar instead of white
