What are those 4 little components? Are they fuses, capacitors, inductors?
These are mini coils. You can make jumpurson them.
Sir my ps3 turns on (doesn't go off) and the HDD light blinks for a sec and still no display or audio and I thought the problem might the same as yours (the HDMI problem) but my ps3 even the DIGITAL OUT port isn't showing the red light
So do you think its the same problem as yours (HDMI problem)??¿

No dear, you need to ReFlow the GPU processor.
one of my coils, when tested with multimeter the top and bottom lead, measures 40 ohm. how do i jump with copper?
Solder top tinted terminals with a tinted coper wire.

Yes, you can use any solder tinted wire to bridge the couplings.

Hello Sir, i have ps3 with no AV signals on hdmi port.but i have video on svideo port but in lower resolution. I checked out ur video & did the same thing as you do in this video. I shorted 2 coil asper in ur video.but still not getting signals on hdmi. Should i shorted all 4coils ? Can i get the signals after short the 4coil ? Please help me .thanks for ur video

Sir My PS 3 super slim is turning on with green light, if I hold for getting double beep sound so that I can get hdmi option, it doesn't give second beep sound and after holding for sometime it is turning off...I am facing this issue after improper switching off the PS for many times....Now what may be the issue I need to focus... Improper shutting down can affect theHDD. Try using an other HDD. But the issue seems to be around the CPU, Sauthbridge chip and the NOR chip.

The CPU could not be bad if the power resistance is approximately 2 to 4 Ohm.

Hello Idrees i like your repair videos they are wery good. Can you give me advice, I have Ps3 slim that does not have display and sound on hdmi and on AV cable, boot proces is good HDD light is blinking... I do reflow and i change hdmi decoder and coils but still no luck. But i realise that southbridge chip get warm when i touch it, can that be a probleme? Sory for my bad english, thqnk you and wish you the best.

You can do the same like in this video with all four coupling coiles that are bitween the HDMI chip and HDMI port , it will be fixed.
