Those search tank gaskets are different shape. You supposed to put a new one every time when you remove search tank. If using old one, it might cause vacuum leaks. Tightening torque 8 N if I’m not mistaken. Also check the torque for both which holding supercharger to the block 20 N. When the search tank off you can reach those 4 bolts on each side.
Thanks yes I checked the supercharger bolts. They were pretty tight. I don’t think I’ll be replacing the Surge tanks but I might look into some other gasket types after I do my smoke test in an upcoming video 👍🏻🙂
Your lean problem IS NOT GOING AWAY until that throttle body is removed. The Hellcat throttle body has an excellent track record so go with that. Your problem is MANY years old with these cars.

Lol you probably should clean your injectors my e55 gets 25 mpg with 250k miles
