Thanks so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you❤
Sigrid, you are so very welcome, and thank you for watching.
Love your work and process. I’ve been doing neurographic art for the past year. Sometimes I’ll finish a piece and realize that it’s two or three in the morning! Truly meditative.
Absolutely, I can get completely engrossed, sometimes hours pass and I don’t even realize.
This video came up on my feed on TH-cam after I had been watching Gabrielle Anna Cormier .
You may have heard of her ?
Her style has similar elements to your own , and I think you would love her, too.
I will enjoy watching your previous videos and have subscribed as love this type of art.
Wishing you every success with your new channel !
🤩💕
Hey thanks so much. Yes I have heard of Gabrielle and I have watched her videos. She is a beautiful soul and very talented artist.
@@bluebirdrelics8580 💕💕
Love the process & result. At the outset u said u'd link a neurographic article so we could see what it's all about. Would appreciate your doing so. Thanks!
Thank you 🙏🏻 for watching. Oh I do apologize for that, I will link it here in this comment and update in the description as soon as I can get to my computer. Although, I don’t adhere to all of the rules, I apply those concepts when I paint. Again , thanks so much and I appreciate you. 🙏🏻❤️ neurographic.art
Hi! Just watched today. Beautiful and soothing! You mentioned linking watercolors (gold) you loved using. Am I missing it? Grew up in Jersey(Bordentown), small world. I've subscribed! ~Ana
Hi Anna! Thank you for watching. So sorry about that, this was one of my older videos, I must have forgotten to provide the link, I do apologize. There a few golds in this palette 🎨 I do love them all. I was using the Tibet Gold in this one I believe, however they are all lovely. Yes small world!!! I grew up in Hackensack, 🎶“but who needs a house put in Hackensack” 😂 🎶

❤ Beautiful and relaxing. Thank you for sharing 🙂.
Thank you Tamala for watching, I’m so happy you enjoyed. ♥️
What a mesmerizing process to watch. I am so glad you shared the close-ups of the detail. The colors are beautiful!
Thanks so much. I’m so glad you enjoyed the process. I enjoy working with watercolor so much, especially in this calming repetitive process.
This is stunning, it really is! Thanks for sharing it with us. ♥
I appreciate that ♥️ thank you for watching
Beautyfull. I was so into this watching i forget to breath for moments hihihii. And then came the word breathe to de paper 😂
Thank you. The most wonderful thing about our breath, is that we don’t need to remember how to do it, our body just does it. That’s why it’s so important to acknowledge it every once in awhile. ☺️Thanks 🙏🏻 for watching
Thank you that was beautiful and very meditative as well as creative.
Thank you so much, and thank you for watching ☺️
I totally enjoyed watching your process! Your work is amazing! Thank you❤
Thanks so much 🙌🏼 and thanks for watching.

Mesmerizing! Love your wrist tattoo! What does it say?
Thank you 🙏🏻 for watching. My tattoo is in Sanskrit: “yogas chitta vritti nirodha” which means: “yoga is the stilling of the modifications or fluctuations of the mind.”
❤ thank you ❤
You are so welcome 🙏🏻♥️
My first time here and fully enjoyed your tutorial. I’m inspired to subscribe ✨👌🏽
Thanks so much for watching. I am so glad you enjoyed it. ❤️🙌🏼
Your talent is amazing. Thank you for sharing. I agree, Neurgraphica (or take off of it) is a wonderful place to relax and create. What watercolor brand & brush do you prefer? Your color choices are beautiful.
Thank you for watching. It’s absolutely one of my favorite ways to create. I’ve been using an OOKU quill brushes, came as a set, not bad for the price. Fine liner, any old cheap brush. I’ve been using Van Gogh watercolor brand mostly, as it was the first set I bought.
@@bluebirdrelics8580 Thank you for sharing. I want to try watercolor as background. Alcohol inks are my current medium; beautiful and challenging . The doodle/neuro/zentangle is my relax.
Absolutely a great way to relax
Love it, thank you for sharing your process
Thank you Jo, so glad you enjoyed.
Beautiful ❤
I appreciate that, thanks for watching ♥️
I love your technique!
Thank you Christa. ♥️🙌🏼 and thank you for watching.
Fabulous! Such pretty zentangle (zentangular?) styling!🤩 I’m wondering what you were using as your dotting tool.
Oh zentangular. I love that word you coined. I’m using a clay sculpting tool. From Sculpty, I love it, it came with 4 of them in different sizes and you can use both side. I bought them years ago when I was working with polymer clay.

@@bluebirdrelics8580 Ahhhh! Thank you so much for getting back to me about that dotting tool. Greatly appreciated! 😉
I've been studying and searching nuerographic art and THIS is the approach I'm resonating with. Thank you for the inspiration.
@@lindaphillippi8846 so glad it’s resonates with you. I enjoy the process and watching as it unfolds.
What do you tape your paper to?
I am so sorry for the late reply, it seems I missed this comment. I am using a piece of plexiglass to tape the paper to. It helps to keep it flat when drying, an alternative to actually stretching the watercolor paper. Works better on smaller projects.
Wonderful to watch, I am doing a Neurographica Basic course at the moment just to understand the physiological side of it, but I love to just draw without rules and restrictions most of the time, and in Neurographica they prefer to colour in pencil and highlighters, but watercolour backgrounds like this has a lovely calming look. What watercolour paper do you use as I understand it makes all the difference 🙏🏻
I’ve done a lot of reading on Neurographica, and I absolutely love the concept. But I just found myself breaking away from those rules 😂 I started with just drawing the lines and then filling in and going from there intuitively. but then started doing the backgrounds first. Both ways I achieve nice results. Paper does matter IMO 😊 with watercolor. 100% cotton 140lbs. 300lbs is nicer, but pricier. Arches is great, Fabriano is also very good. Stonehenge I love, Blick also makes a very good one as well. I’ve used them all 😂
Yes I do agree with you art should calm the stresses not increase them. Oh thank you 🙏 for the information on paper I will search for some 100% cotton and see what is available
@@Artsixtyfour glad I could help out. Cheap Joes may have their own brand, however I’ve never tried it
@@bluebirdrelics8580 Oh my I just searched 100% and so many different types and brands, what a minefield, can I ask one question, hot pressed or cold pressed 🙏🏻
@@Artsixtyfour good question. I like cold press for the type of watercolor I do. However hot press has its advantages. I like hot press as it is smoother. And I like using it for acrylics as well. 300lbs hot press takes a beating 🤣
I really enjoyed your video . I've not found those gold colors that really pop. Can you tell me what brand you would suggest? Thank you again for sharing .
Thank you Joyce, I’m so glad you enjoyed. Yes, I have a few, but the one I would recommend is Coliro Pearl Metallic Set, limy Amazon link is below.

Hi there. In this instance, I taped it to a piece of plexiglass.
