Recovering from brain surgery to treat a severe seizure disorder. I am taking a medical break and doing this. I've done 5 already...and turned up with some pretty neat stuff. I am also a psychologist.
I love your creativity. I wish doctors could see lines like you do. I am deaf with severe tinnitus in one ear. I just think there's a nerve that needs to be grilled or shut off. I've been living with this for all my life and I'm 67 years old.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your story. I agree: if only doctors could see things in such creative and holistic ways, perhaps they could find solutions that go beyond the conventional. Sending you positive thoughts, and I hope you continue to find ways to ease your experience. Alina
Thank you so much Alina, I really really enjoyed watching you create this beautiful and unique piece of nuerographic artwork . I really appreciate your time and effort too. I love ❤❤❤❤ it too
Thank you so much Alina. One of the best tutorials about the subject that I've seen to date. I gained a lot of interesting new insights into the practice.
Many thanks for your comment! I am glad that this tutorial was useful to you. Some of my tutorials show just techniques, and some explain the fundamentals of this art form.
Hi Alina. I used this method for procrastination. I ended up with a big nasty scribble with many pointy corners. This is my 6th art piece using neurographica and was the first time I felt a change in my chest and breathing. I used soma breathing to calm my state. It took a lot of time but I was able to smooth it out. By the end of the drawing I was feeling much calmer and capable of needing to do what needs to get done. When I waws done, I walked away for a few minutes, then came back to examine it and contemplate. Two things I noticed was, a circle within another circle. I also saw my initial in the very center of the diagram. Curious to know if either of these findings means anything deeper. Thank you for sharing your skills with us! Peace and blessings :)
Hello Zelda, thank you for your comment and for sharing your results. Like with any practice, Neurographica can require more than one session-sometimes even many-to address an issue. However, this type of drawing tends to bring about many positive changes. I've noticed that some of the changes I experienced weren’t even ones I was specifically working on :-)) There might be hidden meanings in your drawing because it reveals what’s in our subconscious. Sometimes it's easy to understand the meaning, and other times it stays hidden for a while. Good luck with your journey! (Btw, I live in Vancouver, BC.)
I would like to send you a picture of what I am working on so that my question is understandable but it doesn’t give me that option. I am wondering if in between the blank spaces if I make different thing lines going in different directions is it still considered neurographic art? Thank you
Hello Olivia, thanks for your question. In Neurographica, you can draw as many lines as you feel necessary to address your issues, and it will still be considered Neurographica (or Neurographic Art). Neurographic Art originated from Neurographica and follows the same guidelines.
Thanks for your question. Typically, we select one fixing element in this technique. You can probably add more circles, but select one as the focal point, the main shape in this drawing.

Most videos I've watched don't show the initial quick scribble. Interesting.
It's the foundation for this drawing technique. But one cannot really see it because it is such a quick movement.

I appreciate your words 🙏
This video was so relaxing , very well explained. Thx
Thank you!
I was also wondering if lines can come off other lines, or do they all need to start and end from one end of the page to the other?
Yes, lines can begin from other lines, and they can cross each other.
Bonjour, merci beaucoup pour cette vidéo très bien expliquée. simplement génial de pouvoir comprendre ce que l'on fait au fur et à mesure....🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞
Thank you so much for your valuable comment!

thank you, this is a great thing in a stress. I have a question: if I see more circles, is that ok to add them I forget?

In other tutorials the lines are brought to the edge of the paper. Is there a reason why you don’t ?
Great work but less analysis about the strokes etc. This is supposed to be an art form that helps you release stress etc.
@sharonmmonteirro4450 thank you!
Thank you so much for sharing😻❤️🫶🏾
That's great!
