    Phylumm husky or isabgol has been shown to cause cancer in rats and in humans also the rate at which it is digested by gut bacteria is super fast and may cause cancer if taken too often as such refined fiber has not been observed in our entire evolution

      Phylum husk is dangerous for colons health. But these doctors don't tell this. Too much fiber cause chronic constipation and also can lead to colon cancers.

      Isabgol should be taken when needed basis, If there is chronic constipation then one must go for changes in diet. Isabgol shuld be taken based on ur dosha. If your vata or pitta is elevated, you should not take isabgol but only Sesame oil. Each dosha should take remedy for constipation differently. Isabgol is not all in one remedy

    Ayurveda says drink water when thirsty, you don't have to count and drink. Listen ur body and drink. dont drink without thirst, dont eat without hunger. Also, never drink water before meals half an hour before meal taking. This wil destroy the digestive agni if u drink water before meals.

    Hello sir , I am a 19 year old boy can you please make a video on crohns disease, i have been suffering it from the last 5 years and currently undergoing treatment but the main problem is i have a lot of bloating and loose motions. I tried biologics (remicade) for a year but it was affecting my liver as seen on the blood reports. Then i tried homeopathy for a year and it was quite successful in keeping it stable but recently things got worse and i have lost 10kg of weight and a significant muscle mass and also suffering from fistula and sleepless nights. Can u please guide me on what i should do?

      Diet is imp, follow low fodmap. Eat low spice or less oily food. Avoid milk as much. Eat protein rich food egg whites ,boiled chicken,rice,. Avoid wheat too. It's all trial and error method to find your trigger foods and avoid it too. Consult many. gastroenterologist.

    He didn't tell that chronic constipation happens because of taking too much fiber.
    Why such doctors skip key point? Do they need more patients so that their work kept being consumed and their patients keep coming to them.
    Just disappointed with their guidance.

      Take vegetable poriyal , kootu or any vegetables dish which she prefers. All three times a day . Morning start with fruits then veg poriyal then for protein sundal. Add radish, turnip, brocolli chowchow, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, green leaf in ur daily consumption. Hope this helps you.

      Spinach, other greens, watery vegetables like bottle guard, ash guard, cabbage, carrots and fruits like papaya, apples, banana, pome, guava. Take seasonal fruits and veggies daily atleast 2 cups

    The real cause of constipation and indigestion is hunger less eating with wrong combination of food.
    But you english totey log kabhi nahi bologe kyuki aapko kon puchega fir.
