      Water should not directly touch the head first. You need to wet your feet. Then sprinkle some water on your head first. Then you can take bath. Stroke while taking direct showers, is increasing in Western countries. Indian way of taking bath is the best❤ All the best!

    Nikhil Kamari got a stroke in such young age. May be his life style was the reason. He used to workout after 10 pm which led him to sleep late and he woke up early because all successful people wake up early.

    Hey Ryan, This is Abhijeet, currently i am following MONK MODE. I use to walk up at 4 am in morning but as i have a kid of 7 years and family it is unable to sleep before 9. But i do take afternoon naps for about 1/2 hour to an hour. Is it okey to take afternoon naps.

    Sir i have a doubt regarding Vitamin D absorption. The early morning sun light doesn't give us that much vitamin d compared to sunlight after 10 AM, I searched this info on various websites. Is it true?? My vitamin d is low level but not deficit till now and I want to boost them. Please give us a solutions for this.
