    I start my new job in a few hours.
    I realized I have severe anxiety and panic attacks since quitting weed. I went to the gym at 5am. Just to calm down.
    I want you the reader to understand there’s plenty of us going through anxiety. We will be okay one day. Just working on calming my mind and heart when I get these attacks.

    Thank you so much Kris. I only discovered you a couple of months ago. I must say that I do, indeed, feel much better after suffering woth 35 years of PSTD as well as being a sensitive intutive person being in states of overwhelm. I've done lots of therpies for PSTD such as CBT and EMDR but nothing shifted until I listened to your meditations. I had also developed anxiety and panic and diagnosed with Fibromyalgia but only this has helped eleviate my physical and mental stress. I am sure you receive many abundant blessings, from all the peoples lives you have unwittingly transformed as well as from me. Sending you lots of love and light. Sabrina

    I have been listening to this for a year now. It is my go to at bed time. Helps me fall asleep every night and if I wake up in the middle of the night I just play it again. 💜

    I cried so much in the beginning of the video💔💔 I am 23 and I have nothing to show for it, I have no job, I failed my A levels last year. I am so broke that I can't do anything for myself and I don't want people to feel sorry for me but I just want things to go well in my life or God should just take me

      I think things will get better Tanya. Everyone has hard times, but keep a perspective that there are some good things in your life, the more we recognise that we have lots of good still left, then the bad things do disappear a bit. I actually first created these videos for myself, as I was having a really hard time and it was the only thing I could do to get through the night. Sometimes listening to something of relief can help break the spell.

      This is some music I made myself, but typically the subscribers don't like to have music only tracks. I do have some music tracks though that may be similar that I did post.
