चिनि (white sugar) लेना मै पिछले लगभग १२ वर्ष से बन्द कर दिया है। गुड़ खाता हु, लेकिन अधिक नही, दिन मे एक या दो बार अल्प मात्रा मे खाने के पश्चात।
