I tried something new by speeding up the more boring sections with little action. Let me know if you like the speed ups, if you would prefer cuts, or just let it all run exactly as it was recorded.
I have the chest mount now, but for these videos I was just the clamp thingy attached to my bookbag strap. I've considered mounting to my camera or even trying the headstrap as funny as that would look!
@@newogame1 I used to always snap wide open but as I've moved into the street photography genre, I am more interested in capturing more of the scene and layers than isolating subjects by blurring fore and background! Great question!
If you feel that you have "boring" sections, why not just cut them out? Too many of these POV videos have endless wandering around that doesn't add anything. It's obvious that you're on a photo walk. Show us the photos.
Lol it’s a bad habit but also is really fun to check photos 😂 Speed ups, or cuts? Which would you prefer? I’m thinking cuts but I also love letting the whole thing roll 🤔🤔🤔

hi. are you just using a gopro for the POV? ... or something better. I'm still learning. :)
@@adz-ql6kv Yeahp! Just a gopro!
@@spencerscottpughphotos cheers! the picture is pretty good imo.
I agree! I’ve been happy with it!
I love these types of videos. Good stuff!
Glad you enjoyed! Many more to come 👊🏻
Since you asked, i think its cool when you talk about the city or the photography experience :)
Thanks for the feedback. I think I agree!
what memory card do u use? my gr3 doesn't let me preview the photo so soon after the shot...i have to wait at least 10 seconds maybe
Not sure… sounds like you definitely need a faster card though! Mine are 64g.
The camera is freakin’ awesome
Agreed 100%
how do you mount your gopro to yourself? what kinda brace are you using?

is that a wrist strap from peak design? or elsewhere. keep doing what you're doing.
Sure is!
Got a few good shots despire the bad light. Are you in av mode?
Manual with Auto ISO. Most sunny days I’m at f8 1/1000
@@spencerscottpughphotos why f8 instead of the full f2.8?

Are you only shooting jpg?
Jpeg + raw
Would love to do a photo walk soon with all GR III users.
Where?
@@spencerscottpughphotos NYC. Just gotta find a bunch of folks that own the camera :D
Let it all run
Thanks max… I’m definitely on the fence 🤷🏼♂️
Excelente
Thanks 😊

Good points for sure. I’m leaning more toward this option. Others like it to run on to see what photographers choose not to shoot or even miss… 🤷🏼♂️
I like the uncuted version, it shows that things don’t apear from nothing and u need to look for them
Thanks for the feedback, Ace!
Lots of chimping too. But i guess part of your process. Ha, you just caught yourself at it. Speed ups work, makes a shorter video

22min waste of time
Oh thanks! 😀
