What are some of your toughest roadblocks in night photography?

I have to go up close and take a natural picture, but it's difficult in Korea. I saw your video for the first time today and I always envy you who live in America.

New York is different for sure. Harder to take up close photos in my home town.

    Thanks for this video.
I prefer to hear you talking about why you selected your subject and did you capture what you wanted. Liked when you sped up the video when there was no action. Nicer than a cut.
I found that many of your images were darker than I like in color. I have a strong preference for shooting in B&W and underexposing. This look, to me, isn’t as effective in color. I also shoot more portrait than landscape. Especially portraits.
I miss being in NYC. I live in Seattle and there are significantly less people on the street since Covid. After sunset the streets are virtually empty of people and vehicles. The only vehicles are an occasional cop car and buses. There aren’t even cabs. At night the city rolls the street up.

Almost 10k, I need to remember that the next time someone asks me what I am doing on the street with a camera in my hand instead of a cellphone.
