Thank you very much to take the time and share your great acts of staying pliable! If ever you do a video about how you came to change your stiffness I will use it to share with clients! I am in the same field always looking for detail-hints to help people to understand foundational steps into the flow of Life inside our Body. Instead doing full forms. 🌻
You're quite quite welcome . This is pretty much the subject of al of my videos and the reason that I'm doing this in the first place. I see so many people suffering physically, mentally, and emotionally and I don't really like to make distinctions between them because they are so closely related. Forms have their place for people who do them daily but they also aren't going to work unless people develop a basic connection with their body.
Hi David, Thank you so much for making these videos available online. You don't know how helpful I find them. I found you few years ago and I am so grateful that I have your practices to lean back on when I needed them the most. I've been going through a very difficult phase in my life and I haven't been feeling good in my body either. I really needed something relaxing and nourishing to help me ease through emotions. As you know, most of the popular videos of qigong/yoga in youtube aren't for the regular people like me who feels stiff and stuck in body. So, I feel very grateful that I found practices that resonate with me. I love the pace of this practice as well as the music. I felt very good following you along. I will be sure to practice with your other videos as well. Will be really grateful if you continue to make these practices available. Sending much love and peace your way.
Amazing. Thank you
Thank you very much. It was the best and helped to feel my body. You are the best teacher. Please, come more often, if you can.
Thank you,, you are very kind.
I love discovering channels like this. As martial artist myself I can appreciate the value of all of this. Thank you Sir
Thank you, I'm glad you liked it.
After a long car drive on twisty roads today I found these movements helped relieve the tightness of the upper body. Thanks again.
Thanks so much for letting me know. It's gratifying to know that I'm not spending time making videos on TH-cam in vain.
