Great explanation. I noticed that your grip has the opposite side high hand. I learned same side (so right hand high if pulling over right shoulder). Any specific reason for one over the other?
Yes, I like to have my hand closest to the knob so that my elbow & arm is a 90 degree angle (more structurally sound than an acute angle). I'm smaller framed so I really rely on my biomechanics & alignment for my heavy club work
