I haven’t had any luck with the replacement cartridges for those Vaillant diverters. Done 3 or 4 and they’ve leaked every time I repressurise. After the first time I made sure I had the the diverter complete with me. I just change them complete now, not worth the hassle 👍
Hey dude, great video as always! Really enjoying your day in a life of videos. We didn’t get to see the full vid on the clean but if you havent used you may be interested in knowing that Worcester actually have a different single blade cleaning tool especially for the compacts.
Thanks mate, yeah I've just uploaded the full service vid on this, but I haven't bought that cleaning blade due to the extortionate price Worcester charge for it!
Some good jobs there, and if people are careful like you, they will not break the green clips, I never have :) put the electrodes in from the bottom (its easier) a dab of grease will stop the seal dropping :P (nice to see it had a good service from you tho). keep up the great work.
Nice work fella. I’ve got my first Worcester Compact strip down on Saturday, dreading it already. Did you buy the ridiculously expensive cleaning tool?
@@cputilitysolutions no worries. Not a criticism at all by the way.. I just thought you said it was just a safety check at the beginning of video which seemed to the same boiler.. all good. No offense at all. Just tried to pick up ane also learn from you that's all. Loving the content btw
Been lucky with the cartridges on those diverter valves quick and easy!!

Nope I just used a brush and spray bottle to clean it through mate
👍👍👍
You got any good info books or online for unsafe situations ie leaking sump etc
Hi mate how much you charge for full strip servicing?
Do you normally always drain the boiler on gas safety check ?
No only only when servicing to check the expansion vessel charge
@@cputilitysolutions ok. Thought so. Maybe I'm mistaken but I thought you were only doing a safety check on that one..
@@macpatel7810 nah was a boiler service bro
