I hope you enjoyed the video friends! It was really nice getting out for a single day hike, the Malvern Hills are so so beautiful! Even in the mist! 😎Let me know where you think I should checkout next in the comments down bellow! Unfortunately, I'm going to be in Covid 19 isolation for a little bit so this will be my last video for a few days, but I'll try to get something else out ASAP! I love exploring our beautiful island and celebrating the wonderful national parks we have here in the UK and will continue to make as much content as possible in 2022!! Speak soon! -Dave xxx
As someone who is lucky to live in Malvern and walks the hills regularly (and probably guilty for taking them for granted). It's nice to see someone make a video on walking the hills with such enthusiasm and energy, good job buddy :)
Thanks so much Thomas!! I’m so glad you enjoyed the video and appreciated y enthusiasm for your beautiful corner of the country! Deffo checkout some of my other films too, it might inspire you to go somewhere new on the UK too!🥳 Cheers mate!
I have just walked the hills in Summer, first week of July 2023, it rained every day, at times the wind was blowing so hard it was hard to stand up, most of the time we looked out at clouds below us, good old British summer. Then when it stopped and the clouds cleared you could see for miles, and well worth the walk
Another great video David, already planning an epic England, Scotland and North Wales holiday in June, planning hotels in Peak District, Northumberland, Edinburgh, Inverness, Oban and Mull which I’ve never been to the highlands, Lake District and finally North Wales, going to check walking apps to see some routes, thanks for the inspiring trails you do.
Shame about the Weather, on a clear day you can see Birmingham and the Welsh Mountains. It's an amazing view, if you choose to revisit you should definitely go when you have a view 🙂 The Sugar Loaf is a real nice walk too!
Discovered the Malverns back in September when a group of us went for lads reunion - the focus was getting to the pub to be fair but will definitely be going back. Best wishes from Ricky
Hi David. Thank you for sharing your hike. Can I ask is it all signed well or is it something we need to use map and compass to help? Also how did you get back to start point to get your car?
Hi Claire!! I’m glad you enjoyed it thanks for watching! I personally used an application on my phone to navigate called AllTrails, there’s a link to the route in my videos description box between the comments section and the video itself 😁 I got back to my car via a Taxi I called in Malvern!! Silly me forgot to put it in the video, hope this helps! Happy hiking 😁🥳
I called up a local taxi rank in Malvern and got dropped off at the car park, I’ve left a link to the car park I used in the videos description for everyone’s reference 😁🥳 Thanks for checking it out! I’m glad you enjoyed it!!

Taking it slow and enjoying the experiences as fully and as much as you can, I think that could be one of the 'secrets' to a very fulfilling life?
