was 384 in September now on Feb 8th I'm at 357. Thanksgiving and Christmas vacations were hard and i felt it was a set back. The intermediate fasting from 12 noon to 7pm has helped a lot. I use to snack a lot and eat pizza. I only eat one slice and im full as a tick! I started drinking more water and walking. I just hit my 2.4 dose so im excited to see what happens this spring and summer with more activities.
Update?
I just started it today. I will give it 1 month i am starting at 224lbs
Did you lose weight
Me too started 3/20/24, giving it one month
Got my 1st injection today..so excited..3/27/24
I started at 224 in 7/23. I'm now 164
You should give it at least 3 months. The first 6 weeks is more of your body adjusting to the medication. But definitely do some habit adjusting and you’ll see the pounds come off 😊
TLDR: While taking Semaglutide to aid in weight loss, it is important to focus on individual preferences, make sustainable choices, and practice portion control to maintain weight loss.

This is really helpful
I'm trying understand why I've been on this medication for 6 months and I've lost 25 pounds. I've also gone from a 43" waist to 36". I feel great and have a lot of energy. But, I'm trying to understand why I'm losing size faster than I'm losing weight.
Who cares about the weight! You want to lose the inches…..if you are losing the inches you are progressing. There is a lot of components that are going on in your body that could account for weight.
Muscle
Water retention
Irregularity
These are the 3 off my head I can think of.
You are doing great. I’m not losing very fast either and it’s frustrating to hear all these people losing 10 pounds the first month. Don’t get caught up in that. We are all different. Keep up with consistent exercise and be careful what you put in your mouth. Count your macros. 😊
@@burnzz100I don't count anything. I eat one meal a day and only a third of that. I never think about food.

Very helpful
CAN YOU DO A WATERFAST WHILE USING SEMAGLUTIDE?
I did for a few days, but i started to get really bad headaches. Im not a doctor so i wont give medical advice but i would say just do what your body can handle and listen to it. You will be fine.
@@vondez10you needed to drink salt water for electrolytes. That’s why you got headaches.
It also lowers your blood sugar levels so if you add fruit, the headaches should stop.
I beg to differ with the statement this Dr. makes, 'you will lose weight'. NO. I have been on Semaglutide for 12 weeks and have not lost weight. It is a very expensive drug to not work. I am extremely frustrated.
Are you a diabetic?
Focus on what you eat u can’t keep eating junk food drinking wine and soda
This will be my second week on it and I’m down from 154lbs to 147lbs. Besides taking the treatment I’m exercising and I cut out carbs.
I’m on I lost 9 lbs in one week. But I cut out bread , sugar and alcohol. I also worked out… I have been on it for 3 weeks and I’m went from 198 to 189.
