- I drove by this duplex and noticed that the lawn was completely overgrown. It looked like it hadn't been cut all year. I knocked on one of the tenants' doors, and a lady with her child answered. She told me that they've been trying to get the landlord to hire someone to take care of the property, but the landlord has been having no luck finding anybody. I told her to give me the landlord's phone number, and I offered them a free lawn makeover. I also sent them a few local references who were able to give them lawn care estimates. I drove past it later that evening and noticed that kids were actually playing and using the lawn like they should. I'm happy to put a smile on these families faces and make their day brighter. That mower with the dump bucket(?) built-in looks like a HUGE benefit to your work. A five-hour job here, without needing to go back and forth to the trailer or to garbage cans every time the catcher fills up. Plus it looks like it would save some wear and tear on your body. Such a great idea and investment.

I watch other TH-camrs who do lawns you are in my book the best I love the fact that you actually take the time to pick up all the grass clippings which to me completes the job and makes it so nice so many of them don’t take the time to do that what a great transformation

Fine grass clippings are ideal mulch, so leaving at least some is a huge benefit to lawns. It's not always helpful for him to remove all the clippings like he does.
You are one of the few catches the grass. Maybe your new grass catcher on your Toro will catch on to others doing the same job. God bless you

It's official. I'm in love with the mulch bucket thing. That had to save you a ton of walking back and forth to empty the catcher, not to mention the dragging and lifting of those heavy garbage cans. Their yards look way better...very fresh. Another awesome job.

The bin on the front of the mower at the end of the video is BRILLIANT!! I'm glad someone thought of that!! Forgive my ignorance if the bin has been there a while, and I didn't catch it earlier.
I think it's new as I watch him all the time and I've never seen it before.

A side comment, this video was a perfect example of how difficult it is when rocks are put in a bed. Difficult to weed, plant and enjoy. Mulching and plantings are so much easier to maintain and certainly more attractive. Fill, always appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

That's cute. Our landlord only deducts $50 from each month's rent for me to maintain the yard.
Either I'm getting cheated, or that person is absurd for expecting so much off the rent.

Our yard is a corner yard, and those are always somewhat large, and usually it takes me 1.5 to 2.5 hours.
However, I was fortunate enough to recently get my first ever riding mower (it was used and a great deal), so now that I'm not push mowing anymore, $50 REALLY seems reasonable.

Idaho is beautiful! I used to live in Chubbuck Idaho from kindergarten to 3rd grade. My Aunt & Uncle lived in Pocatello at that time. Then they moved to American Falls for a LONG time, & are now in Idaho falls. I have lots of fond memories there! ❤️. Your work is Amazing, & I love that you take time to help others❤️.

I watch a lot of your videos but this is the first time I saw the dump feature on the Toro. Too cool! An extreme time-saver for a lot of different types of jobs.

Fill, if you need a more durable tarp, visit your local outdoor advertisers. They have billboard covers that are designed to last 2 or 10 years. The former are just about like the one you are currently using, and the latter are about 10 mil thick. Both have UV protection in them.
