- This crazy overgrown yard hadn't been touched all year. It didn't look like anybody lived here so I mowed it for free. The front yard was crazy tall in some spots and really thick in other spots. The sidewalk looked liked it was almost disappearing.

I've been watching you for quite some time I can tell you love yard work like I do you always do a great job a beautiful job I'm 72 female I've worked all my life n I'm still able to do all the trimming n cutting.the one great thing is if it's at all possible you always do the bk yard to thank you for caring about how the world looks

That was a great transformation. I bet it was challenging with the grass being so super thick, and those awful tall weeds. The weeds had such tough stems. I really liked the sidewalk around the house. I know it’s a pain to do the upkeep, but it looks really nice. As always, you did a magnificent job. Loved the video, and thanks for sharing. Brian, really a great job knocking down and trimming this very neglected yard. Thick grass that is wet is tough mowing. Have done work myself but only had a small gas push mower, and was quite tired & sore afterward. This yard has many tall and thick weeds, and even with your zero turn it takes some repetitive sweeps to knock the stragglers. There is always a history when you find a property this neglected. Owners passed, left or got foreclosed. Be an interesting article to research what happened. But very well done and a great help to the neighborhood. ❤😊

On my soapbox again about prevention of skin cancer. You need to wear head gear with neck protection. You are fair and more susceptible. However, melanoma loves all colors and kinds of skin! Wear long sleeve shirts and long pants with sun protection. I thank God constantly for being a melanoma survivor. PS…I really like your channel and your work ethics. “Keep On Keeping On”

Great job. I often wonder why neighbors next to such homes never mow at least the front yard to keep it looking ok as not to have squatters or vandals come in and trash it up more so.
Yeah, it does seem like that would be a concern. I’ve had people mention the trouble they’ve had with animals in overground lawns as well!!
Now looks wonderful...you did a great job on the lawns and sidewalks. Appreciate that you go the extra mile in sweeping up and then bagging all that mown "hay" !!! Makes all the difference in the world.

Thank god, I just installed artificial grass in the front and backyard of my home, with the knowledge that one day I may not be able to cut my own grass, and I don't want to be a burden on anyone to cut it...😊

Your mower was doing well, going through the thick and wet growth. Though you found a few limbs and odd objects, it seemed overall like the yard was fairly neat, which makes for more safety and a lack of breakdowns. It appears to be a simple layout but in its final form, neat, it is now again an asset to the neighborhood and the risk of insects, rodents, etc. reversed. Thanks for noting the help needed and doing it. Nice the DR was helpful on trimming again. Your extensive edging work made a big difference. It was also one of those jobs that was so thick that it took working on pass after pass to be able to see what had to be done, what had been unseen, missed, etc. No way around it but your diligence made a good, groomed end result. Very nice Before and After. photos.
