- A few weeks ago, I drove by this place and knocked on this homeowners door, nobody answered. So I returned again and this time left a business card on her door. She called me back and told me that she'd recently underwent back surgery and it had made yard care impossible at that time. She asked me how much I'd charge to clean up her whole yard and I said FREE.

I had cancer surgery in 2020 and I still deal with side effects. I am unable to do a lot of things now. Fortunately I am able to pay to have someone cut my grass. I can only imagine how thankful the person is to have such a hardworking young man help her out. God has a special place for people like you. Thank you for what you do.
There looks to be a large number of viewers who have back injuries, so my comment should fit in just fine. I used to be able to help people, but I’ve had a few surgeries since 1993. Neck, both hands, abdominal x 3, low back x 2, left ankle x 5, and a bunch of non evasive surgeries. My body just can’t do the physical work anymore.
As a man, being laid up and unable to do your own work is difficult to accept. Even now at 48, I’m medically retired and on disability. It’s not fun, but I do enjoy watching a number of lawn care channels helping out those who need it. Gives me hope that we can work together to help heal the hurt in the world. Thank you for sharing your adventures.
When I had back surgery, I felt helpless for the first time in my life, and so alone. Your work for this lady probably cheered her no end. Thank you for your kindness shown in your work.

One's back is the muscles humans use to move. Mine aches constantly and with shingles my legs give out. I would get the shot but they are putting Mrna GMO splice gene / worm DNA in all syringes now.

Since covid I’ve notice neighbours of a certain age group seem less likely to help one another. Thankfully people like you are showing that there are still those willing to help those less fortunate. You and them will be blessed.

Great job! I have arthritis along my entire spine, plus it’s spreading from the middle out. I can no longer do anything physical, including all house and yard work. Thank God for my good husband, sent from above. I sure could use a guy like this, though. Hubby and I are both in our seventies and could really use some help. Thanks for helping out this lady(& others) Since I went through back surgery I had to get rid of all my roses & other flowers. )My hubby takes care of the lawn. ) I can only imagine how many people that are unable to take care of lawns(snow also) & don’t have family, also the money to hire someone. You are the lawn 😇angel.
What you do is also a deterrent for people who might hide in someone's bushes/hedges and accost the home owner in their yard or as they reach their front door (key in hand)! You are a hero.❤️❤️

I wanted you to know that I stumbled across your channel totally by accident and I stuck with it because my son’s name is PHILLIP so it kind of worked. But what I really want you to know is that God has been changing my life recently and I really believe that your videos were sent to me just for inspiration. I hope God blesses you and your family the way that you deserve because I’ve never seen anybody like you do what you do. I wished you lived in North Carolina because my bushes at the condo I live in have not been trimmed in four years. So happy to hear you are doing better. Pretty awesome you won the big prize yesterday. If you have any grand kids see if they will mow and weed eat for money or even better cookies, cake or pie. I used to make my son his favorite Dutch apple pie but when he had to move back in I told him he was doing the mowing and edging for room and board and I’ll do the weed eating as long as I can.

This property looks great. It was wonderful of you to help her out. I noticed the house to the right of her side yard looks like they may need some help too! Your trimming of the bushes gave her much needed light through that window. I don't blame you about the bees. Nothing worse than being stung by a wasp!
Use tobacco on stings. Keep chewing tobacco and either spit on it or wet it with water and apply a wad the size to cover the sting/stings then cover with something to hold the tobacco on. Don't know why it works but it does. In an hour or less you can't even tell you were stung.

Just yesterday, my neighbor, who’s 93 offered to mow my yard with his riding mower. Now my yard is not neglected or out of control, but I am 65 and I work nights, and I use a battery powered Ryobi mower, a walk behind. I have 2 batteries, they are expensive ! I usually mow until both batteries are drained, then I quit for the day. So, the lawn isn’t all done on one day. I pick up where I left off when the batteries are charged. I thanked my wonderful neighbor, he is welcome to mow any time he wants, no need to ask. He is a treasure! Like you! Literally helping a neighbor.
