The only thing I could see was different between fir using jaxi and smant using it is that fir had jaxi specifically as part of an already set up escape plan maybe, While smant didn’t. But I can’t think of a rule that would make intentionally setting up a plan with jaxi in mind more ok than doing it on a whim after already being chased. From everything in the video to me it seems like if someone is saying only one of them cheated with jaxi it was fir not smant. But really either they both cheated or neither of them did when it comes to jaxi. Smant absolutely cheated with glidon though.

Kinda seems like a loophole of the rules, so it should really just be "you can only use jaxi to hide, and not if you're being chased. I mean it wasn't really cheating, seemed like the Jaxi rule wasn't firmly conveyed, and the Painting island is in bounds and is easily accessible to seekers, it just requires a bit of out of bounds travel before seeking 🤔

A lot of people have said that! And as I said to all of them, Fir used jaxi for about two seconds to enter a sub area, whereas SmallAnt used it to run from everyone. But in the end, it doesn’t matter because no one actually cared, we were just having fun
Y'know, I've never noticed it before, but scrolling through today I realized there's a Luigi Outfit Mario with its L backwards in your thumbnail: far right.
Basically, there's a slanted pillar on one side of the map where if you have Glideon on it and start gliding, you can trick the game into letting you gain height. Smant used that to gain enough height to reach the painting island, which is impossible in normal gameplay. But yeah, a little cheat from Fir led to a bigger cheat from Smant which led to a bigger cheat from Fir which led to Team Headlight wasting a hint (and also some grey-legality cheese from Fir with looping a subarea). One of these days, they'll have an actual pre-game rules discussion and the drama will end, but this day is not that day.
I like how one cheat lead to hours of drama😂. Being in the stream was so much fun.
