Bacteria = add taste
What's wrong with that? There's plenty of soup stocks out there that have been washed with the soup and topped off for centuries. Unless we're talking about bacteria from a volcano that's used to the heat and the salt it's fine. The oldest out there is like two or three hundred years old and people aren't eating a spoonful only to keel over dead.
It wasn't exactly rare to have a master stock that's decades old in the past and plenty of people in this day and age have master stocks that old.

The only thing I hate about this is how much of the sauce they waste from the packets 😭. I know they are trying to be fast and don't have the time to carefully squeeze out all the contents, but it still bothers me at the amount of waste. It's missing like 25% of the flavour!
Cook the indome, dry the water, mix the indome with yogurt, then add the flavor and the oil afterwards
