For people who are confused by "dirty pan", that's not dirty, that's hardened seasoning from broth that cooked for a long time, my mother cooks brothy meal almost all the time, and i'm the one who clean it.. if you scrub hardly it will be gone 😊

FYI, this type of Indomie dish is called Indomie Bangladesh. And nope, it's not from Bangladesh but rather there was someone called 'Bang Lades', bang being a honorific for older male person. I do that too (in Philippines). cooking the noodles separately in hot water and then throwing that water away gets rid of the extra msg and sodium in the fried dried noodles. if you want to make it with soup instead, put the spice packet in a separate bowl with hot water while you cook the noodle in separate hot water, drain and completely remove the noodles from that water after 3 minutes, then put it into the already mixed soup bowl, just like real noodle soup. top with soft cooked egg or even crispy fried egg, and mix, add crispy fried onion or fried garlic. if you want it dry like a simple mi goreng, just add the spice packet and mix after throwing away the noodle water 👍

When the places named "Warmindo" they'll cook instant noodle instead of the fresh one. The fresh one had their own name and it depends on the style, place, etc.

@@donykaef6920 Does the word "Warmindo" mean "lazy" in Indonesian?

@@ahndeux Its just literally "store" + "Indomie".
I think you never know what were the difference between street food, food stall, etc. Restaurant isn't the only place that sells food.

@@donykaef6920 Street food is sold on carts on the street. You can eat there, but you need to sit on the sidewalk, a stool or bench. A "restaurant" is a place where you can sit down. Guess what these crappy places look like? A restaurant. Why? It has seats, tables, etc. A question is, why would they sell garbage that even street vendors don't sell? I bet the food in the street carts are fresher than this garbage.

Nice to see the fermented dry seasoning from the edge of the pan casually mix with the food. Maybe it adds flavor. 😂😂😂
