It looks so much better now very much like a muscle truck👏 you making quick work of this project and i'm looking forward to the bed liner/paint job🔥
Thank you it’s gonna be really awesome when I get it where I need it. Now just need more funds haha 😅 I’m sure you know this economy is terrible
Keep spreading the Gospel! You’ve inspired me and got a new subscriber💙
Thank you 🙏🏻 God bless you!! I get told to stop all the time and this Jesus train is chugging and no one can stop it except God but His will be done!
That flip kit looks way easier that I expected. Good job brother and God bless you!
Thanks and yeah it’s not bad. The hardest part was walking around the truck to get to the tool box. I had to crawl under it because I don’t have enough room! 😂
Just wanted to say I love how you always give a message about Jesus at the end of your videos. Keep up the good work and God bless.
Truck looks much better lowered. Plenty of ride height for comfort and work. Great story telling with this video, keep up the good work and good works.
Thank you. I have already used it loaded down with firewood and it drives great. Gonna probably do a 1 inch rear lift shackle to level it out then be good.
Love seeing the OBS build..... Blessings on Blessings brother in Faith!
Thank you and amen!! The lord bless you and keep you! ❤️
Nice build I have lowered a few GMT 400’s I recommend to notch the rib over the differential it will hit on a pretty good bump in the road or you start to put some weight in the bed it will hit it’s actually in the instructions with the belltech kit bell tech shocks would be a good upgrade but you can use KYB gas adjust or the Excel G’s. 454 SS wheels would look nice but they expensive you could also use Astro van wheels or caprice or impala or square body rally wheels would look pretty clean also. Heck or some prime or center line’s or any 90’s style wheels.
Thanks for the input. I plan to go 1 inch higher in the rear to level it around. They make lift shackles which ima be using to achieve that 1 inch lift in the rear. So it will be a 3/5 I know most go for 4/6 but I think it would be beneficial to have an extra inch in the rear, since I will be still using the bed. Also, the shocks work really well for now until I can afford something nicer and the fact that I get to useful length Shocks in the rear is awesome.
Crazy how much of a difference it makes just painting the rims and lowering it. It’s coming out clean asf bro🤙🏼
Thanks and more to come God willing!
Amen brother! Keep up the good work & spreading the Gospel.
That looks SO much better lowered, I've been trying to decide if I want to lower my car (it's my daily driver), I consider this a sign that I should do it. Thank you & God bless you & your family.
Thank you and yeah i have had most my daily drivers lowered and if done right it can still have function and form
You better watch out, you’re gonna get a lot of Edgar’s wanting to buy it off ya now that it’s lowered lol looks real good lowered, also thank you for using our music! Thank you for being a supporter!
Thanks brother looking forward to new content from you and are you the Edgar who wants to buy it? 😅 God bless brother!
Can't wait to see what color the raptor liner is going to be
Happy it rides good!! I was a little worried it would be too bouncy.
Looking forward to seeing you paint the truck!
Yeah for sure it rides better than it did with the old stock worn out stuff! I’m really impressed
Lowering is way more useful than lifting it a bunch. I always get a kick out of people with their huge trucks, 26in wheels and tiny tires. They can't haul a gooseneck, can't offroad, can't get into the bed, etc. That's the point?? 😂
Looks freakin sweet dude. I love the patina look too, almost don't want you to paint it now 😂
Haha thanks brother and yeah I get what your saying on the paint. What I have planned will be so much better! The ep3 was awesome but this truck will be even better!!
@@JamesDguy for sure. Paint will look good on it, especially with the modern lights
Truck looks really good. Dont forget to retorque the ubolts after a few drives till they suspension gets resettled. We just got everything finished up with my sons truck b4 all this ice hit. Got timing and all exhaust done and raised his front back up n inch.
Yup that’s what I mentioned at the end of the video 😁👍🏻
What a difference! Too bad with the shackles. Cheers to your sidekicks Daisy and Jonathan
Thanks and yeah Daisy and Jonathan are good helpers lol it’s a blessing they didn’t fit though because now I can get lift shackles to lift the rear 1 inch to level the entire truck out. It’s a win win
Looking forward to see the final product. God Bless.
Thank you and God bless you!
Lowered trucks look much cooler than lifted ones
Looking good! I know this is just the start!
Thanks brother and yes sir just the beginning for sure!
Looks amazing. Personally I say you saved it by lowering it
Thanks 🙏🏻 I like how it looks and handles far better!
Shout out from new braunfels! Keep up the good work and god bless! Love seeing this stuff! Sorry to hear you moved from coppers cove, hopefully you new neighbors are better 😊
Thank you and now i live in the country now so no neighbors really. Finally a homeowner too. Thanks for the love!
looks awesome! might end up lowering my 2000 C3500 worktruck too so this video is very helpful!
Awesome! I’m glad it could help!
Awesome job so far brother! It’s turning out pretty well, definitely going to look amazing when you’re done with it.
Thank you 🙏🏻 I have high hopes!
Great video
I personally would not habe lowered the rear that much but over all it looks great.
Good job
Well the flip kit you by default get 6. With the lower shackles you can get 7 inch lower in the rear but I do plan to lift at 1 inch in the rear, just to level it out
Nice watch.I liked it but not something I would do.My son wants to raise out 06 silverado. I enjoyed your video.Rims gonna look good.God Bless u.Nice to see Johnathan helping
Thanks he really likes trucks a lot so he was more than happy to. Lol God bless you.
I don't know anyone who thinks lowering a vehicle ruins it. Maybe people are more judgemental in Texas.
It’s not the Texas community it’s the internet community lol
Looks good buddy... bring that front end down more.. back Looks perfect.. awesome job 👍👍
I’m thinking 1 inch higher in the rear to level it. Don’t know a way to drop it 1 inch in the front. All it needs is 1 inch lift shackle in the rear For a perfect level ride height and it would help for when I put weight in the bed. Win win
@@JamesDguy just take spring back out in the front and cut 1 coil off of it.. simple buddy
Truck looks great..good job
Thank you sir! I gotta focus on body and paint next. Now that everything else took my entire budget it’s gonna be a minute lol
Man it looks amazing
Love it and your work
Thank you I appreciate you and your support! God bless
I love how you started the video. Watch me ruin this truck🤣😂
The truck looks great lowered
I love how everything is looking. I'm curious what you go to do with the interior design
Keep making great content it's awesome to see both channels 👏
Ha thanks and there is always that one hater who says i ruin everything i touch so i left it in there for them lol. Also yeah i have some stuff in store for this truck def gonna be awesome! Thanks for the love and support.
Good video brother God blessed you
Thank you and God bless you too!
I picked up a 94 c1500 not too long ago. Plan on doing something similar.. good job!
2 wheel drive trucks don't handle well at stock height in my experience. Thanks for sharing!
Yeah this on was super high in the rear too like abnormally high and made it drive weird.
Looking good man
Thank you brother
The trucks looking awesome. Keep it up man, you’re awesome. God bless.
My 2011 Duramax is lifted 7” with 24x14s and 35 mud tires right now, I want to get rid of the lift and wana do a slight drop, keep the wides but get street tires , just a different look I guess, the lifted look is cool but I tow a lot and it doesn’t feel the safest
I like how lifted looks when done right but it’s not as ideal for towing or hauling stuff in the bed but getting it back to factor level shouldn’t be too hard then you can figure out how much lower you want. This one is super comfortable height I’m enjoying it
U made that look so easy. Quick question.. how long did this install take and what were some of the snags you ran into?
looks amazing bro ! and thanks for ur message in the end !
Thank you and no thanks needed! Its my duty and i love talking about my jesus!
Looks great 👍 have you decided what color your gonna paint it yet? Those steelies actually look good on it too.
I covered the color choice in previous videos but saying the color is one thing but seeing it on there will be a totally different! 😊
Good video! Great ending message.❤
Looks good! Keep preaching brother God bless!
Told u brotha factory shackle makes it sit nicer, if u would gone w the lowering shackle too it would ve been too low outback having a lean...can't wait for this to be painted ..whar color??? Anxious for that vid 😊😊
I covered paint choice in my vevor video and showed a sneak of what’s going in the color. Also ima do a 1 inch lift shackle to even it out and give me a little more clearance for the when I haul stuff. Definitely gonna be nice when I get it all done up.
@@JamesDguy maxtrac one is the best and comes w hardware for the no rub on hanger ..decent price too 😎...can't wait brotha ..truck content now is 😎😎
Very good information, really like it , where can I get the lower kit
The truck is gonna look great 😊
I would love to lower my '94 WT, thanks for the how to video. PTL
I hope I get an answer, but do these lowering springs work for a 97 2500 Chevy?
What color are you going with on this one
Covered in previous videos I even show what I’m adding to the color in my vevor spot welder video
Do you have to cut it in order to drop it?
Did you use stock shocks size?
are you in oklahoma by chance?
Nope north Texas
I haven’t talk to you in a while
Indeed! I am on instagram almost everyday still. Been busy as usual hit me up if you need me. God bless!
Thanks!
Where you buy that kit?
Is it necessary to run shock extenders or can I run just drop shocks such as the belltech street 2 shocks?
@@JuanLopez-sz4px the shock extenders are only if your running stock shocks, if you get the drop shocks no need to add shock extenders
I also used S10 shocks on rear of my truck
Which ones I can use for the front? S10? What year?
🤝🏽🤝🏽👍🏽👍🏽
You "ruined" that pretty nice. 😂
Thanks 💪🏻😂
You should cut the frame and make a short bed
Still looking nice 👌🏼
Yea that would be cool but I need the long bed for hauling stuff. I like the short bed look but it’s more of a functional reason for not doing that.
Nice front clip I seen you swap it for the nicer version in my opinion and I know you are going to use it as a shop truck but you could've cut it make it into a short bed truck and made a lot of money on it
