    The last one about the little girl whos parents were killed was so heartbreaking. The officer was trying so hard to keep the girl distracted from the horrifying situation she was in. Made me want to cry listening to it.

    That first father did not deserve that. I don't think he is a bad person. He probably just thought that one of his daughters were home. And I am a little on the sister's side with asking him why he would go outside. I hope they're all together again now

      Yeah I don't know what the fuck the thought process was there. Like yeah I guess technically he did commit a crime, but judging how hysterical the daughter got instantly tells me he was being honest.
      Young kids do stupid shit all the time, and if the dad really did think he was only gunna be gone for 45min leaving your eight year old alone with a movie or whatever seems pretty reasonable to me. I also didn't like how the narrator commented on the sister's behaviour towards the kid either. Like yeah she was being mean, but she's fucking 18. Of COURSE she's gunna be annoyed with her 8 year old kid brother for causing problems for a bunch of people. If anything I feel like she was more embarrassed than anything that all these people had to deal with this.
      I'm actually really frustrated how this first case is being presented as some kind of a win.

    as much as people want to feel bad for the first guy, you have to remember that in that 45 min, that kid could've gotten snatched while being outside, accidentally hurt himself in his own house, or someone could have entered the home with ill intentions. It is very important that kids arent left home alone for prolonged amounts of time for a reason. Just remember, whatever you're doing, isn't as important as your kids' safety.

      good thing I grew up in Eastern Europe and streets are mostly safe here. When I was 7-8 I would play in the neighborhood for hours without parental supervision. That being said, the father should have just locked the door.

      @genten5300 4 วันที่ผ่านมา +4

      @@TheSkyFallTronic I can agree and disagree with you. I also went and disappeared with friends all day until streetlights and I believe it would be healthier for younger generations. As far as dude leaving a young kid alone when the kid is obviously showing signs of immaturity, nah. With older siblings why is it so hard to schedule it where at least one stays home while you go out and get sideways? It’s not that hard to tell at least one daughter that’s living under your roof they must stay home to tend to your kid since you want to go drinking apparently. Everyone is free to live their life however they want I don’t care. That being said, Maryland law IS very specific and if you’re going to live there follow the damn law. A majority of the other states do not have a specific age, they do recommend no younger than eight. For the most part all states say the following: “children mature at different rates, you should not base your decision on age alone. You may want to evaluate your child’s maturity and how he or she has demonstrated responsible behavior in the past.” Also, all things safety related.

    • @TheSkyFallTronic
      @TheSkyFallTronic 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@genten5300 Yes, my parents always knew where I was and I had a particular area in the neighborhood I was allowed to be in, no further. But here it's a lot safer than in the US, we don't have certain minorities or guns, something like a child abduction would be national news. And there is deliberate urban planning, so a lot of child friendly parks. I guess the biggest danger would be boulevards, so proper education is needed there, some children are completely unpredictable.

      man, my father left me at birth, then later died from a gun shot wound when i was 12, and there was plenty of times my mother had to leave me home alone, obviously not that often, but trust me when i say, it is excruciatingly hard to live with a single parent, no fatherly advice, we have been living with our grandparents for nearly 2 decades with no money to travel or do anything, so single parenting is indeed hard, if my mother ever left me home and went to jail because of it id be extremely sad for the rest of my life.

    The first one is so sad. The daughters/son clearly loves their dad and he slipped, but he wasn’t that bad, they could have let him go and given him a break. That kid should’ve been asleep! He was calm and cooperative, I mean 45 minutes alone at night is not that bad, that kid needs to toughen up. I feel sooo bad for him 😢

    • @maxpro751
      @maxpro751 14 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +1

      @Bexlaa Very unlikely that those things would happen in that amount of time, which is why everyone in the comments didn’t like that outcome. It really doesn’t make the situation any better for the child because now the father and the sisters would probably resent him. Your probably going to argue, well it’s a lesson taught for the father but that’s just absolutely not true. Every parent can’t supervise their child at all time because that’s just not possible, and in this case the father thought that one of his daughters were at home to take care of him. Having kids is already tough nowadays especially being a single father, and examples like these only enforce the idea that having kids is just not worth it giving all the stress that there is that comes with it.

    I remember my dad helped a kid after they were neglected to the point of needing serious medical attention. My dad kept the kid calm while in the medic to hospital. He even gave the kid a doll to keep them calm when he had to separate after arriving at the hospital. The kid recovered and was later adopted by a family from my old church and is doing hell of a lot better without their deadbeat family. Being a paramedic is really life changing for most, ask my dad. I just wish I could've followed his footsteps, but I have a different calling from God to not only help kids but also teach them too.

    Bro why can't you leave you kid alone in USA till they 8
    If I can go to school and learn math ofc I can sit for an 1-2 hours alone at home, like bro
    And how is it child neglect they have to learn how to be alone for 1 hour and how to grab idk some snacks and turn the TV at 6, it would be child neglect not to teach them how to do that

    I don't think that the father who was arrested for child neglect and resisting arrest should not have been arrested, I get it that he left his child alone, it was actually unfair and the cops should have given the father a warning, some times cops just arrest people without more information given and the father wasn't careless.

    The first case. When I was a child about his age me and my brothers and sister would go outside and explore, find fruit on trees or fish ponds to eat food while our parents were at work. The reality is that the world has gone crazy. There was a guy we came across that had a "EU" clip board who said he was a surveyor and he had a European accent , however he was surveying "Fruit Trees". There used to be fruit trees everywhere back in the 80s now there are hardly any. People need to pay attention to what I am showing you. This was done on purpose, they poisoned and killed the fruit trees that used to grow everywhere in the US
