@Bexlaa Very unlikely that those things would happen in that amount of time, which is why everyone in the comments didn’t like that outcome. It really doesn’t make the situation any better for the child because now the father and the sisters would probably resent him. Your probably going to argue, well it’s a lesson taught for the father but that’s just absolutely not true. Every parent can’t supervise their child at all time because that’s just not possible, and in this case the father thought that one of his daughters were at home to take care of him. Having kids is already tough nowadays especially being a single father, and examples like these only enforce the idea that having kids is just not worth it giving all the stress that there is that comes with it.

Guy #1 doesn't seem to be guilty. 🤔 Sounds like he made a mistake. Arresting the dad just screws the kids over more. That doesn't make the cops heros. As a matter of fact they didn't actually ask the boy enough questions. How often is your dad gone. Does he leave you alone a lot. Etc.
@Duddyofficial1st What you typed with those fingers was stupid. Nobody cares I'm 30, and it's useless information. I'm perfectly capable of answering both questions. It's just my observation that the daughter seemed more guilty than that father in the moment. He said she was 18. It almost seems like he stopped himself from admitting she left the kid to run out, and party. The girls anger at the little boy for going outside seemed to be misplaced by the fact she herself wasn't suppose to be out, and she was about to be caught for sneaking out.
If people who leave their children unattended get "warnings" 24/7 that will make it worse. If people are not punished for when they commit a crime, it will cause people to do it more.

Police officers do their best to ensure public safety, peace and security. I cannot understand why people make it difficult for them to satisfy their egos. There are always bad apples, but if a person is not criminal, I think they should always make things easy for the police. Because every person they control keeps innocent and compliant citizens one step away from death. Please remember that police officers are also human.
What do you mean the sister didn’t care about a safety? She was worried he was in the middle of the road in pitch black. That was pure motherly care. She’s gonna be a great mom one day.
@@KrazyHa She corrected the behavior like any good mother should. If something would have happend the child wasn’t gonna be there. Itd obvious she was frustrated and concerned. Listen, it’s obvious you are a kid. When you are older, you’ll understand.
@@KrazyHa she's 18 bro of course she won't be acting like this when she gets married and has kids, and she clearly was worried. Stop painting people in the worst light
For that first case, I think it made me realize something, to calm people down, they should tell them how long they'll be in for. This case would have kept him in jail for probably the night or two, nothing serious, maybe at worst, a misdemeanor and possibly no time at all if he goes along with investigation. This dramaticism honestly just made things worse, and got him additional charges. But telling him how long he'd be in for instead of him thinking that his life was over, could have been a good pacifying tool
as much as people want to feel bad for the first guy, you have to remember that in that 45 min, that kid could've gotten snatched while being outside, accidentally hurt himself in his own house, or someone could have entered the home with ill intentions. It is very important that kids arent left home alone for prolonged amounts of time for a reason. Just remember, whatever you're doing, isn't as important as your kids' safety.
good thing I grew up in Eastern Europe and streets are mostly safe here. When I was 7-8 I would play in the neighborhood for hours without parental supervision. That being said, the father should have just locked the door.
@@genten5300 Yes, my parents always knew where I was and I had a particular area in the neighborhood I was allowed to be in, no further. But here it's a lot safer than in the US, we don't have certain minorities or guns, something like a child abduction would be national news. And there is deliberate urban planning, so a lot of child friendly parks. I guess the biggest danger would be boulevards, so proper education is needed there, some children are completely unpredictable.
man, my father left me at birth, then later died from a gun shot wound when i was 12, and there was plenty of times my mother had to leave me home alone, obviously not that often, but trust me when i say, it is excruciatingly hard to live with a single parent, no fatherly advice, we have been living with our grandparents for nearly 2 decades with no money to travel or do anything, so single parenting is indeed hard, if my mother ever left me home and went to jail because of it id be extremely sad for the rest of my life.
It's the fact how people in this world can be so cruel. I mean, I get it. You don't want to see your parents die or get arrested no matter how much they abuse or neglect you. My parents pacifically gave me instructions and I would follow them. They told me to lock the front door and make my own food if I have to do whatever I need to do. if I was hungry or wanted to do something and I would just play on my game on my phone or Xbox after I was done making my food so I can eat and I would just keep my front door shut and feed myself I was a very capable six-year-old and so is that kid he was being overdramatic. The first one is so sad. The daughters/son clearly loves their dad and he slipped, but he wasn’t that bad, they could have let him go and given him a break. That kid should’ve been asleep! He was calm and cooperative, I mean 45 minutes alone at night is not that bad, that kid needs to toughen up. I feel sooo bad for him 😢
yeah that was pretty harsh.
A lot can happen in 45mins you’d be surprised ! The kid could have got hurt, someone could have broken in, he could have got kidnapped. You don’t know. I think it was a fair thing for the added to be arrested. He made it worse my resisting..
@Bexlaa do you really have so much time on your hands you go to every single comment on this video and paste that even when the comment has nothing to do with that situation? like ur everywhere in here, get a grip

It's just my observation that the daughter seemed more guilty than that father in the moment.
He said she was 18. It almost seems like he stopped himself from admitting she left the kid to run out, and party.

The first case is no crime in most countries.
The first dad should have been given a warning.
"I think they're dead" Is truly heartbreaking.
as much as people want to feel bad for the first guy, you have to remember that in that 45 min, that kid could've gotten snatched while being outside, accidentally hurt himself in his own house, or someone could have entered the home with ill intentions. It is very important that kids arent left home alone for prolonged amounts of time for a reason. Just remember, whatever you're doing, isn't as important as your kids' safety.
Facts
good thing I grew up in Eastern Europe and streets are mostly safe here.
