- Positive thoughts and images can help you make your dreams come true. This is the message, Maxi Knust wants to spread. She is making a good point how everyone can improve their lives through their own thoughts.
Maxi Knust studied Business Administration and Strategic Business Development in Hannover. As she always had a strong interest in the startup scene and the question of how to start a company, she got inspired by hearing the motto „If not now, when?“ and decided to wait no longer to start her own business at the age of 26.
Maxi moved then to Berlin and founded as solopreneur the digital magazine for female entrepreneurs Fempreneur. In 2016 she also hosted the first Fempreneur Summit event during Berlin Web Week successfully.
Maxi‘s goal is to encourage women starting their own businesses by showing inspirational female entrepreneurs. In her new project „Female Founders Book“ she is covering 30 interviews of female founders across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, showing their startup challenges and success factors.
Maxi is a passionate speaker about female empowerment and entrepreneurship to motivate people to believe in themselves and go their own way.

How to create a successful mindset:
- You get 2 possibilities to think either negative or positive. Change your negative thinking into positive. Write down the positive and negative parts of your day every day and train your mind to look at the positives.
- Take action and find a solution to get there.
- Say yes to the opportunities that show up in your life.
- You can focus on your fears or focus on being courageous.
- Our thoughts determine our success in life:
1. To train our brains: Replace old belief set to a healthy and successful mindset.
2. Try Mantras for a positive mindset.
3. Aim high and dream big. Be open and willing to learn lessons along the road.

This is one of the best TEDx Talks I have ever watched. She seems to be speaking from her heart, not for the show. Her ideas are clear and simple. She takes her time to explain and to give examples. I totally like her looks, her simplicity, and her attitude throughout the whole presentation. She is in no rush, unlike many other TEDx Talks speakers. That actually made me pay more attention to what she said. Congratulations Maxi!

Thank you in advance for your video on this very good topic. You seem to be speaking from the heart and not just for show. The ideas are so clear and simple that they are easy to digest. You take the time to explain and give examples. I really liked his appearance and demeanor throughout this presentation. You're not in a rush to deliver, so it really made me pay more attention to what was being said.
The essence of the topic How to create a successful mindset is that we get 2 choices to think positively or negatively. If we think negative then we have to change our negative thoughts into positive ones. Learn to write down the positive and negative parts of our daily activities and train our minds to see the positive side.
Moreover we have to take action and find solutions to get to our goals, Say “yes” to the opportunities that arise in our life and we have to choose to stay focused on our fears or focus on courage. This is because our thoughts determine our success in life. So we must train our brains to replace old beliefs into a healthy and successful mindset, always think positive and have high goals and dream big, be open and take the past as a lesson.

Yes mam you are right positive thoughts are most important for our success. 50 Percent effort and 50 percent positive thoughts define our success. 90 percent people do only an effort 100 percent but not thinking positively & this is the most important reason for our failure.

Hope every single person puts these beneficial mantras in their daily lives. Yeah, 100% true as a human being at the age of 20 I have lots in my head. Sometimes these negative thoughts long to attack whenever I think about reaching these goals in my life. hopefully, I am fond of this kind of speech and I have read books about the power o attraction. right now whenever I am surrounded by negative thoughts I turn them into positive ones. Moreover, I utter it in the way which I desire them.

There are two ways of thinking either positive or negative it is all up to you how you react on a problem
Always try to think in a positive way think always about to solve the problems what can you do now after got in problem always try to think what can I do now to cure it and next to it

@@shaf6057 I'm married to Mr. Negative himself who never sees good. Tells me to do the same. I have learnt not to argue but continue in being positive. Yes, there are times you may go wrong for trusting too much. So what, that's not my problem. It's the other person's loss. They taught me one more lesson. But I don't stop believing.
My daughter often mentioned that when I was in The car with her, she hardly got stuck in traffic
