How to Repair a Block Wall

Too bad you're not in Vegas. I've been looking for someone to rebuild the corner of a retaining wall in my backyard and add some wrought iron spears to the top of another wall. Every person I've spoken to either doesn't call me back or tries to quote me with a price high enough to put a down payment on a new house.
